Very insightful! Be reflective and remember you are interviewing for entry level leadership within the district, so you need to think outside of the classroom and not give the impression that you already "know it all". Remember be honest and truthful. Don't lie or exaggerate.

Can you give some advice. They usually ask 8 prescribed questions and give you 3 minutes to respond to each one - they are timed.

The first round was the principal and associates, but tomorrow I'm going in with the entire A Team, 11 AP's to be more specific. If I was nervous the first round, I think I'm going to have a heart attack this second round. Do you have any specific recommendations? Are they going to ask the same things? Should I be prepared for an extra surprise?!
