    Smoked meat of your choice
I used ham hocks, pork neck bones & smoked turkey.
    One white onion
    Red bell pepper
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp of sugar
    Badia complete seasoning
    Nature seasoning
    Red pepper chili flakes
    Black pepper
Lipton onion soup mix 2 packs for 3 bags of greens
    Chicken bouillon cube
    Onion powder
    Garlic powder
    Water
    Oil
Add some oil to a pan, sear meats for 5-6 mins
Add water til all meat is covered
    Add 1 bouillon cube,
Boil for 2-3 hours or until meat is tender. Add water every 30-45 mins if it gets low
Remove stem from greens and clean
Add to pot 1 bag at a time & wait until they go down
Once all bags are added add onion powder, garlic powder, Lipton onionsoup mix, black pepper, red pepper chili flakes, nature seasoning, complete seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and add diced red pepper and onion.
Cook for 40-45 mins with a lid or until greens are cooked to your liking. Stir every 10-15 mins.
    Enjoy ❤️

I agree with you 100% and I'm happy that somebody agrees with me.
The collard greens in the can is detrimental to our heritage add a disrespect to our ancestors

@@ninadash4652 It's a nonstick pot with a good deal of the teflon scraped off the bottom.
