Smoked meat of your choice I used ham hocks, pork neck bones & smoked turkey. One white onion Red bell pepper 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp of sugar Badia complete seasoning Nature seasoning Red pepper chili flakes Black pepper Lipton onion soup mix 2 packs for 3 bags of greens Chicken bouillon cube Onion powder Garlic powder Water Oil Add some oil to a pan, sear meats for 5-6 mins Add water til all meat is covered Add 1 bouillon cube, Boil for 2-3 hours or until meat is tender. Add water every 30-45 mins if it gets low Remove stem from greens and clean Add to pot 1 bag at a time & wait until they go down Once all bags are added add onion powder, garlic powder, Lipton onionsoup mix, black pepper, red pepper chili flakes, nature seasoning, complete seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and add diced red pepper and onion. Cook for 40-45 mins with a lid or until greens are cooked to your liking. Stir every 10-15 mins. Enjoy ❤️
