As a company they're based in Kendal in the UK but it's not clear where their knives are made, which suggests to me possibly China. As for where you can buy it, that depends on where in the world you are ;-) I bought mine in the beautiful little coastal town of Whitby in the UK!
If you Google the James brand they sold this knife as the "country" ... So glad I didn't get one as they were £150+ then I saw this Whitby for over £100 less 👍🏻

They sell this in australia under the brand name "Atka". Couldnt find much info on the atka so im glad 8 stumbled into this

Absolutely! I like a James knife but they're expensive - Whitby to the rescue 😉
The James brand version is significantly higher quality. This is in essence a knockoff version
