I will be doing this you made it so easy, I've seen so many other youtubers do this and make it way too complicated. Thank you

Great instructions. I saw someone ask about plus size patterns but I haven't seen a response. Could you kindly suggest.

Thank you very much for this.
The only suggestion I might make is for people who are not as slim as you are, I'd reccommend heavy weight fusible interfacing on the middle part to keep it from creasing.
I love the rosette tie and I will be using your pattern to make an obi for a Wa Lolita cosplay this coming weekend.
    Thanks again.

Scroll back up to her logo 'M' (the black circle with the white letter M in it) and right under it is the pattern link. To open it just click on to it. You will need adobe acrobat to print it off plus 5 pieces of paper.

I just used this tutorial and pattern to make a belt last night. Beginner friendly. My fabric wasn't double sided, so I ended up adjusting for that.

Thanks, Mimi G.! I’m eager to make my first Obi. I want to make these and detachable collars as it will give me a chance to exercise my love for all kinds of fabrics and to accessorize my love of black with a pop of the color my mother always would tell me or send word to me that I needed in my wardrobe. I’m naturally a beige, brown and black person. I hope you won’t mind my saying so, but you look great!! Still I’m used to seeing you before the weight loss and got a little concerned for your health! Then I noted an article on your keto diet. Don’t lose much more weight. You’re what my brother would call a brick house! Don’t lose that effect. It was nice to see a designer built like Latinas and Sistas!!! Also wanted to say that I love your show with hubby on Bluprint. It was delightful to see you and he work together like that! Are you going to do it again? I would love to see a sequel. Both of you are simply fantastic!! Best wishes to you (and Fam) for continued success in all you do!!!!!

I made this using a fairly soft black silk, so I doubled the fabric to make it heavier. this turned out GREAT! Thank you so much for this video and pattern.
