What I do is walk into any one of the stores and say... "If I were looking to lease some space in this strip center, who would I need to contact?" This way you don't sound like just another guy trying to sell something. Works everytime : )
Kurt Love your Trailer Set Up First off. As well as How you Helped me know how to get a Hold of The Property Manager! That is Very Hard I have Tried before. I want to ONLY do Restaurant and Dumpster Pad/Surface Cleaning Only! for Commerical Clients. I dont mind working Late at all Thank You!
I would really love to see you landing one over the phone brother im trying to start doing this with my brother but i just dont know how to land the jobs. Thank you God bless
Nice trailer set up, well done. Can you share with me what the tank sizes and brand are and what the dims are of the trailer. Also, how do you find working with the reels on the floor of the trailer. Thank you in advance.
Good stuff boss, but commercial rates I charge about 50cents a square foot, next time try and go a little higher 👍🏾 be surprised on how much you can get , made $3500 off of a 7000sqft parking lot, totally awesome for the oil spots and” 30 seconds “ as a post treatment
Great work! Something to throw in when trying to land the job, inform the property manager or owner that neglecting to clean the surfaces can lead to build up of mold, mildew, and grime essentially making bad spots a slip n’slide when wet. Been pressure washing for 15 years now and I land the majority of my commercial jobs using something along these lines. Never met a property manager that wants to be held liable. Also $.15 a SqFt is a bit low for commercial work. Industry standards where I’m located range anywhere from $.40-$.55 a SqFt. If there’s anything I’ve Learned over the years it’s to never under value your service.
Great video! I love your trailer. On your commercial stuff, do you ever have anyone ask for hot water? I’m running cold only right now and looking to add a hotbox but don’t want to jump the gun if no one ever asks for it or if it’s not super necessary.
I have that same surface cleaner and pressure washer but don’t see that much pressure like yours, did you ever replace the nozzles on the surface cleaner to a lower psi? Also do you have an ig for your pressure washer business?
What would you suggest for someone just starting out but on a super budget. Weve got a 4kpsi 3.5gpm simpson with honda motor, 16" surface cleaner that i hate, and a single 25 gallon poly tank. Weve been stocking up pool essentials for our SH.. just not really sure how to push to the next level.
I am getting ready to quote a Home association for Roof and drive ways and I don't know how much I should charge. I'm not sure how to quote a soft wash vs a pressure wash... how much chemical would I be using per square foot. Can you give me some feedback.
Thanks for the comment, I would highly recommend getting insurance since you are most likely to screw something up in your pressure washing journey and will need that cover for it
U need a light bro!! 😂 jesus..its dark as hell...then u got a light i see it .dude i hear ya i worked in a meat slurry freezer at a pet food plant pressure washing i aint afraid of those dirty jobs .im hoping the other people in my area are.u know..lol
@@kurtspressurewashing very cool it is a big cost at first my pressure washer 8 gallon a minute with a clutch was $6800 and I know prices are going up. But I personally ran on a 4gallon a minute for seven years before going to the 8 gallon and I can tell you I wasted so much of my life with the 4gallon. Since swapping my production has doubled, and so has my pay. I used to make about $87 an hour off of a 4gallon I make about $240 an hour off of a 8 gallon. Life-changing lol. Have a good day and keep washing man.
Entire property was 2,000 and it only takes me a good day to do! I’m satisfied with that kind of money especially if it’s only me doing the work! Thank you for the comment!!

That’s freaking GENIUS

@@freegdog awesome advice, I love learning more tactics. Thanks for the comment!
That’s pretty insane. I’ve never heard of $0.40-0.50/sf on commercial comvrete
How long does it take a 1 man crew to do a thorough wash on 7000 sq ft job?

No commercial building has hot water. You have to buy a burner.
Awesome!
Thanks for the comment!
hey man, love the videos. How do you coordinate having the dumpers moved out of your way so you can clean the whole pad?
usually if it is the ones that doesnt have wheels on it, i work around it. if it does have wheels i just manually move them myself.
Great video 👍

I have a 4 gpm and 4000 psi if that helps! And yes kurtspressurewashing

@Kurtspressurewashing honestly man at this point I'm not even sure. This economy is so fkd right now

Hello nice video i appreciate all the info i have a question do you need to have business insurance to do this kind of jobs
Thanks for the comment, I would highly recommend getting insurance since you are most likely to screw something up in your pressure washing journey and will need that cover for it
@@kurtspressurewashing ok thanks
Do you have an insurance with or for your business or do you just land commercial clients without it.
Great video
Thank you! I appreciate the comment.
How well does the Jeep do pulling the rig around?
It pulls great! no problems
Solid! thanks for the response. Dig the videos...@@kurtspressurewashing 👍
Hello my friend, how do you quote the building? When its 2 or 3 story tall. ?
i quote it by squarefootage
800 just for curb or 800 for the whole job you did at the plaza ?
Do you have insurance to do this jobs?
We call the spigot tool a water key

Can you make a vid on chemicals?
Could you elaborate more? Like how to use them? Or how to mix them?
@@kurtspressurewashingboth please, also which ones are best to use/ your recommendations

how much was this job
You need a 8 gallon a minute pressure washer you’ll be done in half the time.
I’ll be upgrading soon. I don’t recommend getting a 8 gallon as your first washer

Does it matter what battery you use for the softwash pump, any car battery would do fine? Thanks.
Yes!
