Honestly, you're extremely fluid and I appreciate that man! You worked like a 15hour day and still had it in you to film an outro to your video. I respect that and you definitely got a new subscriber here! I will be checking out any trailer build setup videos you have and any advice you give on pricing a job. I'm new to the commercial power washing/ house washing industry and I heavily rely on videos like yours to run my company!! Thank you

It’s good you share the hard times. We all have left what we don’t think we need. Part of the deal. You just helped someone not to be a bonehead like us! Good job today! Nothing feels better than the shower after a long day like you had. On a positive note. You can’t lay your head down tonight feeling satisfied!

Look into the Milwaukee packout. I've the 3 drawer chest and 2 organizers and has everything i need in it. Bolted to the trailer. It's waterproof unless you're using high pressure direct stream of water then it will infiltrate. But works fantastic! Great video as always!

Next time you have tire marks I use potassium hydroxide flakes. I mix 96 oz of flakes to every gallon of water. It's the same stuff they use on hoods and vents in restaurants I just mix way hotter and downstream it let dwell for 2 to 5 minutes and start surface cleaning.

This was awesome! Can you do a video breaking down how you allocate funds for upgrading equipment? I am currently making $12-18k in revenue per month and need to upgrade equipment but have to store it all at a storage facility ($500 per month). I’m not sure if it is a good move for me to spend $500-700 per month on equipment financing when I’m about to head into fall/winter season in Washington…

How did you price out the jiffy lube. Also can someone make a video on how to price a roof wash. For example, let’s just say it’s a 2000 square-foot house with an average pitch asphalt shingle roof and you want to be at $.30 per square foot. How do you come up with the actual square footage of the roof? What I have been doing is based on the same example is take 2000 multiply that by 1.2 and then multiply that by $.30, then I add about $75 for chemical. I’m interested to see how other people do it.

So how is a 3 to 4 hour job at Jiffy lube 3K in price.. but a 3 hour job on home is 650? Not saying it to be an ass.. just curious how you come up with the prices.. is it JiffyLube is a large company and can afford and will pay the prices.. or.. you base it on just the size of the area you're washing down + chemicals you'll use? I ask cause I typically think the out of pocket cost for chemicals, gas, etc.. is about the same give or take a little on a 3 to 4 hour job. I can see how the house is smaller in terms of the area you're cleaning, but in terms of water/gas used, hours on the job, etc..

You don’t find 20,000 SQFT of surface work at a normal house. That’s one, two, the chemicals required to get the tires stains off are about $50/Gallon.
