This game still stands as the scariest game I have ever played. It was so terrifying and stress inducing, I needed so much breaks throughout my playthrough.

It's definitely up there for me - at least top 3. The atmosphere and sound design combined with the creepy (and indestructible) Alien really make the scares intense!
