@@chrisdembek I'm originally from Missouri, now in Florida. Friend in Mo. had family in Miami. Before he'd go visit them he'd go to all the pawn shops and buy their entire racks of leather jackets. Try to find 450-650 honda or yamaha , his family would sell at flea markets. He'd always pull a boat home and usually dbl his money just pulling it to Mo. Even today I can see they run 30-40% higher there than here in Florida. I live in the panhandle and you seldom see homes without some type of boat, apt complexes even have boat parking areas.
I just got my hands on a Century 2100 Center Console. I am in the process of restoring it. It's not as good of shape as this one, but it's close. Your videos have really inspired me to completely make it over and restore it. Your channel is AWESOME! I'll never drop new boat money. Most mowers are one wheel peel to avoid grass damage. Look for one with a locking differential. Lots out there, I have a husqvarna with lockers and it will pull.
You guys are really lucky to have a boat launch that isn't crowded. Of all the videos I've watched, it looks like you almost always have the ramp to yourselves. I wish it was that way where I live. Keep the videos coming...always enjoy them!
That's the 3rd best 2 stroke Yamaha put out IMHO. I think the v6 225 edges out the 200, but their all time greatest 2 stroke achievement has to be the 90. That's a fine boat. And that Yamahammer sounds great.
If you lower the tow ball and move it closer to the rear axle and accelerate a bit slower, your Honda mower will be less likely to flip. If you add some front weight that would help too. Cheers.
To all of you who don't live on the Gulf Coast, I am sorry. Life is great here. It truly is. Great food, great hunting, great fishing, great golf, great people. This is home. I love everything about Mobile. I can go boating or fishing in deep water in less than an hour. I can play golf year round. I can enjoy Mardi Gras in the city that first brought it here from France. Did I mention the golf? I play a bunch. The courses are generally wonderful, and the people you will play with are well-mannered nice guys like me. We are Coastal people. We have nothing to do with anything 30 miles north of us. Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas all get a bad rap. but those of us close to the Coast are pretty cool. I think we should make our own State and name it after my first Dog, "Leonard". "Leonardiana." It could be the 51st State in the union. It will stretch from Key West to South Padre Island and go 30 miles inland. If you want to visit Leonardiana you are welcome, just be kind. I haven't figured out how to pronounce my new state yet.
Love the videos. I am actually looking to purchase a boat like this for me and my family. And yes, sea grapes are edible. We eat them here in the Bahamas all the time when they're in season. That one you tasted was green though. They're ripe and sweet once they turn dark purple in color, for the most part.
I told him to weld the rear end... I think he just likes buying stuff. Pretty soon I'm going to be dealing lawn mowers out back and boats out front it looks like.
Searches are indeed edible and they are often compared to muscadine grapes. The medium size, ripe (purple) ones are best when soaked in cold water for 5 or 10 minutes. Then rinsed under cold running water through a colander to get any and all sand off as well as the slight fishy taste off. Bon appetite 😋 There is lots of goodness in a seagrape, nutrition wise. 👍
zero turn mowers have one inherent flaw, on flat ground or going straight up or down gradients they're great but they don't travel across a slope or gradient very well or if steep enough at all, but as tow vehicle on flat ground should be OK if you put some counter balance up front
Can you add some details like what you put into the boats, and if you sell them what sort of profit/loss you incur? I know you do it because you love it, but some of us may be interested in learning from you to turn this into a personal business too. ?? great work, thanks!
Just wanted to let you know, the reason why only one of the wheels is spinning is because they have something called an open differential hope this helps
Good video and yes you can eat sea grape wait until they are dark red , they are really good to eat the best wine you can drink, they are good after September, october.

Yes, you can eat them...but they need to ripen to darker color like real grapes in order to taste good. It should be noted sea grape plants (like we have in Florida/Caribbean) are different than the seaweed from Pacific region, sometimes called sea grapes or green caviar.
Sea GRAPES are edible, but not when they are green. You must wait for them to rippen. They will be purple or dark lavender. The seed pod is big so there isn't much there to eat. They are good though.
