Its funny you always talk about the vibration after you install your equipment, my 17 dc GMC used to vibrate when i was at high speed BEFORE i lowered it, my mom was like did you fix the vibration, nop it went away when they lowered it lol thanks! I just got in my bags, will be intalling tom. Thanks for the video..for New guys, it does take 3 weeks for them to get it to you, you get an email the day before you get them, i guess they do next day ups..

Pro tip, drop the spare. It gives you a bunch more room to get the hitch out and the back shackles. If you have an aftermarket exhaust, get that out too.
Will this work on the 2019 Silverado double cab
Mine’s bottoming out just the flip kit stock shackles what could it be? 2008 silverado 4.8 2wd single cab

I bought 4/6 kit for 03 Silverado. Instructions were not clear I installed u bolt plate with spades facing rear and saddle spade facing front. I feel every bump on the road when installing u bolt plate I placed it on the hole furthest to the rear.
Very clean.
So what drop is that considered?
Anyone else have the problem of the front being really bouncy? I have Bilstein shocks on the front, and its still not dampening right.

Looks like you went back with stock shackles. Do I need to use ones with kit or stock?
I have a question. you never showed how to install the bottom bracket on the leaf spring. Did you put the tab of the bracket under the axel?
How do you take out the hose again if they liking
For 2014 -2018 Sierra/ silverados... driver side parking cable does need to be secured.. in the video he says it won’t interfere but I have mine set at 15 psi and the bag is slightly ballooned because it’s not aired all the way. And the cable has rubbed a hole in the air bag... secure your parking brake cables..

Front is harder than the rear. Just put my kit on and the front is the monster. With a good helper the rear is easy

You don’t want it on the driveshaft, but at least on the axle pumpkin.

The driveshaft won’t hit nothing
I got a 15 I did a 4/6 and I hit frame but if you get the helper bags your good

Correct, but your frame rails will put a stop to that real quick without a c notch.

Awesome video bro! I installed my IHC flip kit, it sits well and everything just not sure why my passenger rear wheel sticks further out than my driver side rear wheel? Any recommendations? I doubled checked everything and all looks right in place.
Loosen your rear end and push it
You may have to adjust and center your axle

@@ericreyes1989 ended up selling the truck to a family member, he then took it to a shop to get the motor/ trans and diff built and told him the bed was just slightly shifted but over all that’s all they said other than that the truck operates perfectly fine.
Will this work if I have a belltech flip kit with the bolt on c-notch. I think I'm at 7"drop
For the helper bags yes.

If you're talking about the 6/8 kit, then yes.
If you have 2 inch drop shackles installed prior to installing the IHC kit then yes, you would be at an 8 inch drop in the back.

Yo how much load you thing on the tongue of the hitch can this truck tow now after the drop. I been thinking for months on wether I should or should not drop my truck when I get it but I will be towing close to 10k llb trailer

Same kit, all you would do is not use the spacers. Also install your stock shackles. Note: you would need a cnotch.
Can we use stock shocks for the kit
If its in the rear bud, no you would need drop shocks.

How low does the flip kit drop the rear?
It moves the axle on top of the leaf springs causing the axle to move closer to the frame

FYI. Before you do another Silverado, take it on the highway. This generation Silverado Vibrates at 70 mph. The research I did says bad front left Chinese? Bearings. I own a 17 shortbed regular cad 4x4 5.3, it vibrates at 70 30% of the time. I might show up at your place someday. 🧙♂️
Why does it vibrate tho?
Mine does the same thing. Intermittently no rhyme or reason anywhere between 60 and 70.
