You’re so incredible. Like I don’t even know how this is possible to paint something like this. Good job :>
Nice work, it looks like a stunning location as well. 😀
Thanks Sam, it's right up there with the best of the North Island I think, well worth the drive. Cheers

Thanks Tez, cheers
@@waynevickersart2141 Thx Wayne 🎨👍
I love location pieces. It's just a different vibe and atmosphere that you get from actually being there. Beautiful work. Your values are so rich and smooth, and have that velvety quality that only really good Oil work has. Awesome piece 👌 -Best of luck on your art and your channel, and much support from one artist to another. Liked and subbed.
Thank you Larry, outdoor painting gets into your veins.
It's nice to be away from technology(although I am videotaping the experience), doing something quite primal in these isolated locations.
And somehow the typical questions I encounter working from photos - what to leave in, what to leave out/composition etc, all fall away when standing face to face with the scene.
Not that I win every time but it keeps you going back.
Thanks again, cheers
Wayne
amazing work... what type of medium you using?
Beautiful work! How many hours do you estimate it took you? How many hours outside?
Hi Courtney, it only took 2hrs, I spent 1.5hrs outside and about half an hour in the studio. Cheers
