such a brilliant workout. thank you! im up for day 3
Loved it! I have a hip misalignment issue and any exercise that requires balance and standing on one leg is extremely challenging when putting the weight on my right leg. I've found that the ankle weights tend to ground me better and help with that balance so I was really feeling the burn in my right glute, which is usually a struggle. Thanks Rebecca. Great workout as usual!💯💪🦵🔥❤
