I was thinking that how to administer salt in extended fasting is covered and from what I am able to understand it is the most important electrolyte. You also talk about magnesium but not how to administer it. Dr Jamnadas said he rubbed something on his skin and absorbed magnesium. Why don't you mention how to administer these important electrolytes. Mainly magnesium. What are the other electrolytes that become depleted in a 7 day fast?
