Im a male 24 years old and im on differin 2 months. I would say it's so frustrating like you mentioned because my acne now is just way worse than it was before I had mild acne that's I want to get rid of, but now im like what's going now and what am i doing 😂. I put my girlfriend on differin too, I am now 9 months on and she is now 5 months on, her skin really started to clear just after the 3-4 month mark! everybody’s journey is different and it’s so annoying that i doesn’t work faster! Just remember to stay moisturized and listen to your skin, i found that adding supplements into my routine helped to calm my active acne during a purge. you got this!

Your skin looks great! I’ve been using Differin for three months and just now seeing results. I felt like the purging would never end, but I stuck with it. Like you, I had some irritation which led to additional acne, so I adjusted my routine to protect my moisture barrier. You mentioned using both the name brand Differin and a generic version-which one did you use? I’m thinking about trying a store brand version because it’s about $10 cheaper
fun fact: drug store brands and differin all have the same formulation/ingredients! I love using cvs brand, la roche posay, or just differin, they all work the same!
can i stop diferin once my acne is gone or will it all come back, bc i want something for texture but not something i have to stick by forever
From what I understand, you will need to be on differin long term. It is safe for use long term, and has other benefits like correcting sun damage and anti-aging!
Using greek yogurt as a mask and castor oil 4 tines a week is so kuch better for skin. Your skin should not be attacked. Would you eat this? Its going into ur body.
