Hi Wim. Don't know if you are going to read it, but, thank you. You changed my life. 4 years ago I was sad, depressed, and thinking about suicide. I was looking for help, but the usual ways, like therapy, medicines... just didn't worked. I wanted to live... but I was so sad that, I was feeling it physically. At some point, the sadness turn into physical pain. So, I decided to start with meditation. And it worked... later yoga and, one year ago, your method. It's almost unbelievable how my life got better after I started doing it along with meditation and yoga. I'm so lucky. Here, in Brazil, no more than 5% of the population speaks English. And I have the privilege of understand you... I'm working really hard now, because you inspired me...I want to be a instructor of your method, so I can bring this knowledge home... and share this well being, this strength... this health... this happiness... with my people.

He is something else. Four sessions and a 2 min cold shower for 6 years now and I feel so good, have reversed BP, and I love life (inc' Wim ha ha).

As tragic and painful as the suicide of his beloved wife surely was, he probably would not be where he is today, if that loss wouldn't have occurred. Now he's helping millions of people to truly become healthy, happy and strong. Wim is a true alchemist and a man who will help change the world for the better. Thank you very much, Wim. I have no doubt he would trade everything to have her back safe and sound, the fame he has achieved is no compensation for the suffering he underwent for decades or his loss.
@@mickhealy572 the fame might not be. However, I have no doubt that the amount of good he’s able to do for those millions of people might be, not exactly compensation (because I think it’s the wrong word to use) but some reciprocity or an amend to what happened and what is happening now.
Sad but true!! It sucks in a way that we all benefit from such a tragedy but everything happens for a reason!! They’ll be together again!! I’m so stoked I’m learning from him!! ❤️
I have Asthma and emphysema and a week ago my oxygen level went to 62. That’s almost dead. I called my son and using your breathing techniques we got my oxygen up to 90% Thank you for sharing . Bless you and your family.

The majority of people on this planet are good . The media tries to make us think differently...humans are very trusting and loving , we only want the best for each other , our friends and family . We live in a reality which is designed to divide us ...but that’s changing and we are waking up to this .

I injured my back. I couldnt do anything. I felt useless and pointless in this world. I said to myself what is the point in living anymore. I had suicidal thoughts everyday. Your method has helped me. I feel more engergized but i know my back isnt the same but i dont feel as depressed or emotional about it. Gives me more motivation to live on. Thank you.

Purple wim, my favorite is purple. Thank you, after loss of family and the terror that is trying to take hole on earth the last couple years I lost hope this year, I thought of ending it and giving up. Suicide seemed like a real option, I thought me being gone would make it all better for everyone around me. I reached out to a good friend and he made me aware how much I would be missed and the hole it would leave in my children and families life. I discovered I was only doing it to escape pain and to not have responsibility. I suffered childhood abuse, but I have always felt I was meant to help people, I descended into the abyss of my abuse, my feelings of worthlessness, if someone could treat me that way as a child how could they see me as worth something, how could I. But I see my children and they are so valuable, so beautiful and inspiring I have a renewed sense of purpose, to change myself positively, to protect other children from abuse and to help conceptualize and create new systems to empower and invigorate humanity. I am glad I found you. Thank you for your inspiration. Your wife is so proud.

Wim I want to truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you. You are a truly wonderful soul. I have been doing your 11 minute breathing routine 6 mornings a week on you tube before breakfast followed with 10 minutes of yoga for the last 6 months and I feel GREAT!!!! I have suffered with chronic illness for over 8 years and you have truly made a difference to my life. I also have a 1 minute cold shower a couple of times a week as well as ice paddling pool in the scottish winter occasionally. You are a true inspiration.
