I started taking the coldest shower and my body got used to it. I can’t even take hot showers anymore. Just knowing that I can take the coldest water setting makes me feel good!

@@muhammeddemir9694 You can start with warm showers first, then slowly decrease the water temperature and shower in that temp and eventually as you get used to lower and lower temps you can take the coldest shower! It feels amazing! Hope this helps!

@@josephinesalerno3271 do it, I can’t recommend it enough. Ive suffered with anxiety for as long as I can remember, day in day out, this last week since I started this, I can honestly say I’ve not felt anxious once. Start Luke warm, drop it bit by bit until you hit THAT point (you’ll know exactly what this means when you do it) and you’ll find yourself dropping down day by day until you have the lowest setting. Uncomfortable at first, but you feel AMAZING all day afterwards, plus I’m only on day 6 and I’m already used to it.

FYI, His breathing method is a short cut to really deep meditation.
I do think it's norepinephrine, not 'noradrenaline', as he is saying. I mean, it's true that this is the same molecule, but in the brain is referred to as norepinephrine, and in the body it's referred to as adrenaline.
Wim Hoff is just so awesome, though. You can tell by the way he speaks he just has the biggest, most inclusive heart ❤
I think both terms are correct they are just derived from different scientific backgrounds (US/UK medical terminology)
Adrenaline is European, epinephrine is North American

Ellen is one person that I wish Win Hof wouldn't associate with. Whilst Wim Hof has been helping healing people, this woman off camera puts people down and treats normal people like dirt! horrible woman! Wim Hof on the other hand is the complete opposite and Ellen should take a leaf out of his book about how to treat others with dignity, love and respect.
