I just did Day 1 but I came to see what the next workouts are. I was thinking and I came to the realisation that Sydney, you're my favourite and in my opinion, the best fitness UA-camr! I really can't think of anyone else that even matches up to you. I love how your workouts feel like I have a personal trainer, and how they challenge me every time. I have tried so many different UA-camrs but really, you're the one I keep coming back to! What's really amazing is that you show up every single day, with a brand new workout for us, always keeping it fresh with different formats, movements and muscles to work. And what I love the most is that you work WITH us in real time, and you show us that you're struggling through it too and you're working hard too, so I don't feel like I'm the only one who finds it tough. I also really love the fact that you provide so many options, modifications and replacements for if we do not have the equipment. It's all work and no BS, unlike a lot of fitness youtubers who promote "2 week abs" or "1 week flat tummy" which is completely unrealistic and misleading. That's really really important that you show it takes hard work and determination to get to your goals! You're really a blessing, and we're so lucky to have someone like you who consistently puts out amazing workouts that challenge and inspire. Keep doing what you're doing, keep being you and I'm sure you'll go even further, because you really do deserve way more recognition. I'm so glad I found your channel, and I'm super determined to follow along the Transcend challenge!!
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (0,45 kg) dumbbells but stopped at around 17 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
That was tough! But I am persistent! Arms feeling like worms. Totally mental today. I modified, I dialed it back. But I still showed up. Whoever’s reading this, you got it. Just show up and give it what you got.
Omggggg thats last bicep curl pulse.....I can go up to 30lbs, 20lbs on arm days for the full 40 sec intervals. I was shaking at 5 lbs today thinking I better get through this I can't drop down to my 2lbs my entire pride is at stake now. Thoroughly shaking typing this but ik I'm gonna be stronger tomorrow! Worth it!!!
I don't know if it's just because my chest is still EXTREMELY sore from the last upper body workout, but today made me feel so discouraged. The moves were just not connecting and the soreness made it hard to push through. I then made the mistake of reading all the positive comments, so it made me feel even worse. So for anyone else feeling like me, you're not alone. It was hard! ♥️
I love love longer workouts too but I love the focus strength. For the days she does shorter ones and doesn't give an add on i just pick from her add ons she has done in the past.

Had the day off so I was afforded the opportunity to work out after my husband left for work which was probably a good thing because there were some funny noises coming out of my mouth when I was pushing myself and "going up" in weights. Thanks for pushing and challenging us Syd. Way to go squad!!!!!
I Crushed It! That was a great workout! Feeling it for sure. So glad I got my bathrooms clean yesterday! LOL! Seriously though when Sydney said get comfortable in the uncomfortable it made so much since. Having MS I have to do that with my disease, it never occurred to me I was doing it in my workouts as well. I so appreciate the talks at the end. I have taken your words and put them into all aspects of my life. I havent had an alcoholic beverage in a week and I am feeling amazing! Thank you for always being here for us no matter what!

I love the structure for this month! Alternate upper and lower body days so there is enough time for the muscles to recover. I also love that the strength workouts are done for 3 rounds today, just like in a gym, since it allows us to progressively overload. Thank you Sydney for your hard work ❤
Pull exercises (specifically back ones) are a weak spot for me now, but not for long! I was humbled when I needed to drop weights in various exercises in order to maintain great form, but I know it is more beneficial to do that than move heavy weights incorrectly. :) Thanks for your encouraging words and for another great workout, Sydney!! I can't wait to crush this workout tonight when I get home!! My friend gave me an early Christmas gift yesterday which was some 25 lb dumbbells. I had been using my husbands and hated them lol so I am so excited to have my own!
