Anyone else do multiple laps of their lounge/dining/workout area while getting the 7-7-7 bicep burnout done? 🤣 I loved it. And I really enjoy (is that the right word?) ending a workout with a burnout exercise! Thanks Sydney for always keeping it interesting and fresh.
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (48:56): "This is for you to become your best self here on the mat and out there in your life." Exercise is not a punishment for calories eaten. I definitely used to obsess over calories burned during my workout. I remember staring at the number on the treadmill or elliptical years ago. But since I shifted my perspective away from calories in/calories out, my sole motivation for exercise is to get stronger, both physically and mentally. It takes so much of the pressure off and, to me, allows me to focus on what is truly important because I can translate my strength into other areas of my life!
Those 21's at the end were killer!! I swear I use the word "killer" for every one of your workouts because they ARE. I am feeling so strong thanks to you!

I just completed Day 10 & I am determined to finish the series. I could tell this was a challenge & I modified as needed & took a break but I did it. My 1st workout for 2022!
I love all the core focus this month, that is my biggest problem area. I was relieved when I saw it was arms and abs because I am still feeling yesterday’s leg workout!
I gotta admit, ladders- not my favorite. Happy to report that I used heavier weights & more reps accomplished than when I first completed this workout last year! Thank you Sydney- you inspire me EVERY DAY!!! ❤️😘

It is so easy in life with so many things going on to say "oh I don't have time" but realising I do have time no matter what time of the day it is. I can find 30/45;/50 mins for ME.

Today was my day 10 , I almost didn’t do it. I thought I’d already worked out enough this week, but I pushed myself and am really glad I did. I’m actually feeling stronger these past few days! Thankyou
WOW one of my goals was to use a pair of weights I haven't used before for bicep curls and I can't believe how many reps I was able to get in!! Just shows how all the work we put in on a daily basis pays off in one way or another! Fav combo was the underhand rows and supinated curls! Really felt the connection there! Always love you talking us through the moves. In the end, the only thing that kept me going through those supermen was seeing how you were doing them right along with me! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! We deserve this. We are strong. And we are only getting stronger! ❤

I don't believe I have had to dig SO deep in a workout than I have today. I was shaking so much throughout, my grip was screaming at me to stop BUT I pushed it to the limit. Today was definitely a challenger for me! I cut my finger yesterday with a can lid, the wound is still open, but I improvised and got the workout done!! I couldn’t let anything stop me from finishing this program

My God I can't believe I did that wow that closer was tough and she's a Superman's I do have a hard time with those but I managed to do two weeks of this I never thought I was this strong thank you so much Sydney for giving me the confidence every workout try to do with the exercises as best as I can and I'm just amazed at the end that I was able to even do it thank you so much hugs and love

Just when I start to think this series isn't as challenging yesterday's legs and today's back and bicep totally upped the intensity! Looking forward to finishing this series. I have wrist surgery in two weeks so I wanted to get as fit as I could before I have to take 4-6 weeks off... Thanks Sydney for all the great workouts.. This was hard mentally with three minutes, but loved the feeling afterwards. Superman is super (no joke intended) and Closer: 7 top half curls, 7 bottom half curls, 7 full curls.
Holy cow, this was tough but I did it, thank you I’m really enjoying your workouts, keeping it simple is key for me. Beachbody can get overly complicated for an older gal (60) ❤ I also like the length which forces me to get a good workout in. I think 40-45 minutes is the right length!! 👍🏻💋👍🏻
Hey Sydney, thanks for the great workouts and I do appreciate the 2nd rest day. I was wondering if you're going to continue doing the Stretch Videos? I love them and they really help me with my active recovery. I've learned so much from them and would really appreciate it if you continue to do them. I'm really trying to focus on getting my body's mobility up and getting my joints back to working order. Your stretch videos really do help. I've tried others and they just don't hit the same. Even the UA-cam Yoga ones are just kinda weird. Thank you for everything over the past year and half! Rock on!
Woo this was a toughie! Thank you Sydney! My most challenging combo was definitely the bicep burnouts, those bottom half are (apparently) where I need to do a little extra work lol
I think was the most challenge arm work I've done with you! I also feel like I've gotten too routine with working out because I do it everyday and have reached my goal weight. I recommitted with the same fire to this program as I have before and really pushed myself hard on this one. That also may be why ;) either way I crushed it and I am only getting stronger!

A nice round of golf first, and then a back, biceps and abs workout! Doesn't get any better!

Loved this workout, I can’t believe how heavy my 10 lb dumbbells felt doing those halfway up halfway down curls. What a great burn.
I thought the same! But I should have known if Sydney was using 10s I should go down to 7.5 or 5 😅

Oh my Lanta... that push and superman set was fire. As I was doing this workout all I could think was that there's no way I would do this on my own, but for some reason if Sydney says to do it, I'm all in. Thank you for another great workout!
Hi Stephanie! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was too difficult! I used only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last 16 minutes into the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

7 top half curls, 7 bottom half curls, 7 full curls.

Holy cow, this was tough but I did it, thank you I’m really enjoying your workouts, keeping it simple is key for me. Beachbody can get overly complicated for an older gal (60) ❤ I also like the length which forces me to get a good workout in. I think 40-45 minutes is the right length!! 👍🏻💋👍🏻
Hey Sydney, thanks for the great workouts and I do appreciate the 2nd rest day. I was wondering if you're going to continue doing the Stretch Videos? I love them and they really help me with my active recovery. I've learned so much from them and would really appreciate it if you continue to do them. I'm really trying to focus on getting my body's mobility up and getting my joints back to working order. Your stretch videos really do help. I've tried others and they just don't hit the same. Even the UA-cam Yoga ones are just kinda weird. Thank you for everything over the past year and half! Rock on!
Woo this was a toughie! Thank you Sydney! My most challenging combo was definitely the bicep burnouts, those bottom half are (apparently) where I need to do a little extra work lol
I think was the most challenge arm work I've done with you! I also feel like I've gotten too routine with working out because I do it everyday and have reached my goal weight. I recommitted with the same fire to this program as I have before and really pushed myself hard on this one. That also may be why ;) either way I crushed it and I am only getting stronger!

Love the combos of core and strength. Have to modify plank sets for arthritic hands but still get the burn!
