This felt good. It's been a minute but I was able to push myself in spite of the time off. Everything was burning at the end, but I did more than I thought I would be able to do. I feel proud of myself.
By the time I got to shoulder press, oh my Gosh! Started with 20 lbs. and shortly after I had to drop to 10 lbs. Today I will get my 10,000 steps and add more green to my morning meal and lunch! Have a nice day everyone! Again, much thanks Sydney!

Loved this workout . Loved the no repeat but the repeat all at the same time. Yeah by the time we got to shoulder press I wanted to cry but I did it. My girl Sydney you are killer I went body weight for the last pulse I even tried to drop down to a 3 pound dumbbell but it BURNED so I went body weight. So proud of everyone for crushing this TGIF

Loved the motivational talk at the end! Upper body *is* my strength, because 10 years ago, at 48, I was mortified when i couldn't pull myself out of the water up onto a boat. After that, I made pullups a goal, and now, upper body workouts are my favorite. :)
It's more or less the same pattern and now I even know the order of the exercises but the way she twists the way we do it makes it so much fun! This was a burn and a challenge! Arm workouts have always been my favourite because I found them easy, you've changed that, they're still my favourite but my gosh are they challenging! I have found in the past few series that you've really upped the arm game and I am so grateful because I have never looked or felt stronger!

Those pulse circuits for each muscle group were the best for feeling the burn and getting a good mind/muscle connection. That's just amazing! I used 1 lb dumbbells through the session until I reached the hammer curl and had to stop as my arms just gave up 😔
