Have you noticed that the yellow lobster gauges measure slightly larger than 3 inches? It’s widely known that 10 out of 10 lobsters prefer you use yellow gauge 🤪
It might be easier if he has a bag or some kind of container close to him . So he doesnt need to swim to the jerski for every lobster that he catches .
My wife and I watch your videos and are trying to decide on a ski to purchase. Either the 2019 Yamaha FX HO or the 2019 SeaDoo Fish Pro. Obviously you run Yamahas. Any chance you could tell us why you decided on them as opposed to the SeaDoos? She is having me look up the vendors you used for the arches and the cooler rack. I guess the Fishmasters are still not available? Thank you so much. We live in JAX and love your videos.
We prefer Yamaha for the reliability and ease of maintenance. The Fish pro is nice but lacking in the area of foot-well drainage. I am waiting to hear what happens with Fishmaster arches. Thanks for watching and keep me posted on what you and the wife end up getting.
I work on my waverunner and its very easy and there is a lot of room to work. I looked at the seadoo but the motor wasn't that reliable and the engine compartment is extremely tight to work in.
I love how you outfitted the SVHO waverunner, I checked out the Fishmaster arches but as you said they stopped producing them. That's a mistake, especially since the new trend to use jetskis as a fishing platform oppose to dumping a ton of cash into a boat.
Personal experience: two of my friends have SeaDoos. On separate occasions I’ve had to tow each of them with my Yamaha. The SeaDoos seem to be “over engineered” and my buddies are constantly working on them.
