Upgrading from Windows 7 to 8.1 didn’t retain personalization because you CAN’T keep personalization if you upgrade from 7 to 8.1. You MUST upgrade from 7 to 8(.0) and then 8.1 in order to keep personalized settings.
Wrong way. You need to download just the 11 iso, run setup.exe, uograde, close when failed, empty the content of a text file in sources and then update from setup.exe

i did and got scammed so i just dont activate it anymore, i bought a key from microsoft and it didnt work so i dont get keys anymore
