The big corporations that Bobby is hurting are really getting hurt. It’s very possible that these people commenting horrible comments when Bobby is giving out FREE Life Saving advice (which the FDA should be doing for us but isn’t) are paid by big corporations or even AI. These big corporations that are putting out horrible products that are all about making money and not in the best interest of our health. Thank you Bobby.

There's lots of politics involved with school lunch. They recently rolled back a policy that now allows whole milk instead of healthier alternatives. I also remember back then when Michelle Obama was proposing healthy food choices in schools, and the Republicans went nuts. Imagine what poor Bobby will be able to do with such divisive country that cant stick to facts.

Bobby is all about PEOPLE over profit. He comments on bad ingredients and products loaded with processed sweetners, added sugars, artificial color and flavors. He has openend my eyes and changed what I buy. He has taught me so much❤

The Harmless Harvest chocolate and coconut smoothies are also good. Three Trees is a great almond milk as well. For breads, organic sourdough might be great for the gut, too. The organic Siete tortilla chips are good. Some fresh pico are a good pairing or Whole Foods organic salsa. Kids like “healthy” tasting things.

I didn't know you had an app! I just downloaded it today. I have been trying to eat clean for about 2 months now and been doing really good on my own, but your app would be the icing on the cake! Thanks for all the information.
We tried the Crofters “jam”, and although it is great that it is lower in sugar, it really is more of a jelly, we miss the pieces of fruit in the strawberry and raspberry flavors and it doesn’t spread the way you expect a jam to. Wish Bonne Maman would do reduced sugar versions.

@BobbyParrish with the manufacturers using more dates we must make sure where the dates are sourced. So many date varieties plus many country of origins are from conflict of interest countries.

Bobby, Anything with sunflower or sunflower seeds is highly allergic to me. I get anaphylactic shock with it. Also anything Pumpkins seeds is allergen. The bread you suggest and the nut butter would kill me. Things organic are tricky. Just an FYI Bobby!
Tree Nut allergies is a problem for a lot of people. Can you do an episode about healthy foods that dont contain tree nuts.

What do you think of PACHA buckeheat bread that's sold at Whole Foods now?
Are Whole Foods here and Huntington Beach no longer carry Siete seasonings, which is really irritating. At least that’s what they told me when I went in, and they looked it up. Can’t find it anywhere and it was my favorite. I’m not a fan of Whole Foods, but it was the last place I could find the seasoning… Thankfully, still found no grain sea salt chips at Costco this month on sale. Was it for dollars $.29 a bag or something? Quite reasonable no matter what it was reasonable, and we’ve bought several bags to get us through. Lol.

I’m a little confused, how is sunflower oil bad but sunflower butter is good? I know it has something to do with how it’s processed but I’ve never seen a video explaining the difference.
Sunflower butter is made by blending the entire sunflower seed. Sunflower oil is extracted and then highly processed which turns it into an inflammatory food.

@@John-nm9lw yes I heard that too. I think you missed my point. If you’re trying to save money, why not drink second best all the time? Most people want best in class for your health so whether it’s in a smoothie or cereal, you’re going to use the best milk.
I think the he uses the cheaper one in smoothies because the taste ends up being hidden by the other ingredients. I’m assuming he prefers the taste of the more expensive one, so he saves it for cereal and drinking where he can actually taste it more. Kind of like how people use cheap liquor in mixed drinks and save the good stuff for straight up.
