This tool has graphing, recording of data video, covers way more vehicles, and it's Android platform and has wifi so you can connect with other apps to make your work easier.

CRP TOUCH PRO - I've learned a lot over the years that I've watched this channel. It's helped give me the confidence to work on my own vehicles and understand that anything is fixable and anything is doable.
Was recently given one of these by Launch and it is now my main go-to when i need unidirectional data scanning. Probably the best under $500 scantool I have ever used. Hope it goes to a good home- not some who just uses it to reset MIL's and cross their fingers lol
I would LOVE to have this! I was a driveability/diagnostic tech for several gm dealerships, and Goodyear auto service. Sadly, advanced osteoarthritis ended my career in 2001. My hip had to be replaced last December, and I'm getting along better, but now need my knee replaced next sumer. I'm on social security disability, but it doesn't cover my bills as I'm divorced and have custody of my teenage girls. I do auto repair and run a lawn mower shop. When I need a scanner, I have to borrow one from a technician friend, and its a pain for me and him. Winning this, would fill my needs perfectly. God bless, Brian, and all you other subscribers. 😊
CRP Touch Pro OBD II diagnostic reader....You can never be to well equipped to deal with your own vehicle care, and top rated equipment is the best way to do that. What a rare opportunity for some lucky viewer to win such a device! I'm disabled and can't work, so my wife counts on me to do all I can with car care. My 3 year old daughter would love to play with this thing. She calls everything her "computer" that she can hold in her little hands. It's her birthday Saturday the 21st! I'll teach her how to scan her car once she starts driving, but until then, we'll use the playstore to download some great play apps.
CRP Touch Pro - Big thanks for taking the time to make your videos. Can't tell you the number of times you've made my life easier by walking us through some of the repairs you do. This scanner would be a huge help. I have a fleet of aging vehicles that I need to keep on the road for family and friends and something like this would be perfect. Keep up the good work!
You do a great community service, I frequently refer factory five racing forum members to your site. A lot of new members with moderate building skills have a lot or questions about the Subaru donors that are used for the 818 platform. Sending them to your site gives them a good place to get great info on the Subaru donors used for these builds.
CRP Touch Pro- I am a decent shade tree mechanic and I routinely help family, friends, and co workers with automotive issues. I do have one of those cheap smart phone odb II bluetooth adaptors but I often find it to be woefully inadequate in diagnosing issues. I have had several occasions where I offer to help and then am let down by limitations of my scanner. This tool seems like it would be a perfect fit economically for someone like me who is not a professional yet can achieve quite a bit before having to steer someone to the dealer. Very cool of you to give this away Brian. Thanks for doing what you do on this channel.
Older folks like me need this CRP TOUCH PRO- today's vehicles are so overloaded with electronics.
Trying to start my own shop eventually. This crp touch pro would be awesome to have. Right now all I have is the cheap pos from Wal-Mart but hey it works for now. I've been subscribed for 9 months or so and you've been a good help for when I've been working on my own wrx.

Crp Touch Pro. I'd love to have this little tool as I'm an amateur mechanic whose always getting caught to bring cars to the main dealers to check error codes like airbag etc. Another problem I have is rewinding the rear callipers on VAG vehicles in order to change out brake pads such a pain. Love your videos! The first thing I would do with this is use it to diagnose the codes on my dad's work vehicle, to save it from a failed emissions test next year. And then the way things have gone with me and my friends + family, I'll have many more uses for an advanced scan tool as I have already become their go-to guy for many automotive repair & maintenance jobs. The LAUNCH CRP TOUCHPRO would be a handy tool to own. I do all my own repairs and have a 2007 honda civic and 2007 honda cr-v, which are vehicles that it may work well with. Thanks for all your helpful videos.
CRP TOUCH PRO - This would be an upgrade to my current OBDII scan tool. I always keep handy to help my neighbors and co-workers when issues occur. I work on anything and everything and a tool like this sure would make my life easier. I have a basic OBDII reader, but sometimes you need more to make a proper diagnosis on newer cars. CRP TOUCH PRO looks like great first Scan tool , apart from just reading fault codes , Pity that it doesn't work with Hyundai and maybe other models too. Chinglish is a common issue with Chinese manufacturers because I heard they use Google translate which messes up technical terms.Great review.

So this guy has 2 kids one special need, I make extra cash fixing everything, and well i never got a licence to be a mechanic. I did learn to read though lol, and manuals are like the only books i read haha, i save the romance books for my wife :) Anyhow, you channel is very informative and sooo helpful to me. A 500 dollar diagnostic tool, it's would be a step up from a 02 sensor capable ObdII scanner? Well I hope your channel sticks around for as long as you find yourself working on stuff. I work as a construction electrician which works hand in hand with plumbers, HVAC, sheet rockers, concrete guys etc. We shoot the shit and I always bring up briansmobile1 youtube channel. It's priceless for a diy. The employee parking lot looks like a wrecking yard as many trades do not get paid well, this little tool would get a lot of use as I am known to lend a hand to a stranded co worker. I've already put in 3 transmissions, one fuel pump and an alternator for free. This little scanner could really come in handy.

I had an older model. I loved the price and features at the time. It was my goto diagnostic tool. Then one day it just stop working. That was a real bummer of a day because I was trying to be superdad and fix my son's 🚗. Would love to give it another shot.
This will be a great tool for someone that's a active subscriber. I don't have a Facebook account, but no worries. I'll be happy to see it go to someone who really needs it. I'm just a DIY'er that loves to tinker (and learn) so this should go to someone that can use it to make money. It looks like a very good scanner. On a different subject, I'm looking forward to the "Pull-A-Part" challenge.
CRP TOUCH PRO - Would be awesome to add to my tool box. I have been getting into diagnostics. STFT and LTFT are handy to check for air/fuel mixtures, if something is running lean or rich which can set off CEL . Also checking o2, throttle, rpm.

CRP Touch Pro I actually went to school to be a mechanic and now I'm looking to set up my garage with proper tools to start working at home! I'd love to have a decent scanner, I'm torn between spending big bucks on specific scanners or just getting a decent overall scanner to begin with... Hopefully the CRP Touch Pro has decent support for Mercedes
Looks good, but you can get it much cheaper elsewhere, than what amazon is selling it for. Newegg is selling it for $445 and Free S&H.

Use a couple of velcro tabs. That is what I use for my Android tablet DIY dashboard.
Its got buttons on the side of it, You can hook up your Wi-Fi. Good review

I don't really have the money for one of those, then again I probably won't have a use for one anytime soon. Unless my Sisters car decides to drop some sensors or something but so far it's all been mechanical. If I type in Brian's Fibre Internet can I have that instead? haha. Great video as always Brian.

I just got my first actual "Tech" job and could use my own scanner. I definitely would use it almost daily to pull codes and diag. Well as best as the scanner can do, that is. Great review I appreciate your honest opinion on the tools pluses and short comings.
Sure would have been nice if the Bell icon worked and I had seen this on the first day. This would have been an amazing replacement for my harbor freight bullshit scanner.

Brian, how does it do with ABS on American vehicles as far as live data? Also, does it have a misfire ,monitor? Will it give real time data on cylinder misfires? Thanks in advance! -Tom
The CRP TOUCH PRO would allow someone like me with quite a bit of DIY experience but not all the proper tools to be able to properly diagnose family and friends cars instead of making educated guesses. Those guesses often lead to wasted money on parts that don't fix the issue.
CRP Touch Pro. Man have I been looking forward to a decent tool. I help out Friends and family but my limited budget has me at a android app and a crappy elm327 bluetooth unit, that just about manged to read codes and thats it. Oh and reset them. I could and would give it a loving home.

LAUNCH CRP TOUCH PRO. I have been looking for a scan tool that is more affordable but can do most of what I need to do. Eventually, add a oscilloscope too, and trying to find a decent used one at the moment. These are just key tools when trying to diagnose vehicles either older or newer. I against throwing parts at cars without having proof of a component failure.
