Toll Worker With Gut Feeling Called Out of Work Before Crash

- A garbage truck plowed straight into a toll booth on a New Jersey highway. The accident scene is chilling for toll booth cashier Jessica Daley because she was supposed to be there. The toll booth was wiped out by the garbage truck. Both the driver and the cashier inside were injured. Daley’s supervisor called with the news. “I was just like praying for everyone involved and thanking god that I stayed home,” says Daley. Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian has more.
Imagine being the person who had to fill in for her watching this from their hospital bed lol
Well, even she didn't sign up to get hurt at the job either. It's tuff luck.

Respect for the injured? Oh honey. You’ll have to get on your knees and beg for that with Inside Edition. They care about things that don’t really matter 😄
that's the FIRST thing i was thinking as this news video went on and on focusing just on the girl that wasn't there
So this lady calls in sick cause she had a "gut feeling" and she gets this ballooned-up story - while her injured colleague who had to step in for her is mentioned with only two sentences?!?
Yeah, it’s kinda weird ngl.
LMAO !!... My thoughts exactly but was too lazy to type it... And with her "gut feeling" didn't bother to save the next person.
Inside Edition always is on a C level when it comes to news reporting.
That’s exactly how people with survivor’s guilt think
@sandlotkrew8778 sad reality but what could she have done in hindsight to stop that the toll still needed to be collected.
Not one word about the real victim.
You can't have listened or comprehended what was said then. Both driver and toll booth operator were injured in the event.

I feel bad for both the toll worker that day and the lady that had the gut feeling, and the driver too of course
Why would you feel bad for her at all? She wasn't harmed in any way.

Super twisted, but that angle doesn't have enough INTRIGUE to sell stories, so Inside Edition doesn't care about that person.
So she has a premonition that something bad was going to happen and instead of warning her coworkers, she just calls in sick and goes about her day? That's nice.

Gotta LOVE when people recognize divine intervention when it happens‼️
Her own brain really said, "I like you, don't come to work today."
Why didn't the garbage truck driver have that same premonition, and stay home that day? Whoever hands out premonitions gives them to the wrong people.
He was in a garbage truck, she was in a toll booth. Who needed more protection?
For the most part, it depends on your relationship with God. And many people seem to dismiss gut feelings as "it's just me". Sometimes God tries to warn people but they don't listen.
Who's to say they didn't?

The day the injured toll worker goes back to work is going to be really awkward between the two. This lady should set up a gofundme for the injured worker.
Why was the garbage truck going through the toll plaza to begin with? Why wouldn’t they have an E-Z pass?
