So the father knew he was going to die.... He killed the Mother so his son could win the custody battle and have the kids for himself. Very sad.

      1. Whose wishes matter most?
The dead 💀 parent or the living one? 🤔
      2. If Dylan is unfit/ alcoholic TODAY- can he recover / redeem himself & EVER get his kids back ?

It's amazing how selfish people can be. So he knew he was going to die and he wasn't worrying about prison time, so he killed his ex daughter in law & her new husband so that his son would get custody of the kids. Umm his son is probably not going to win custody of his kids, I bet his former in laws will end up with the kids. In any case what a terrible story.

That’s what I’ve been saying but according to some people I’m dumb because the son didn’t do anything which of course he didn’t do anything, he let his father do it for him.

@@deaddropsd1972 In this case, I would say the dead parent because the living one may have talked about to his father about this which makes him a co-conspirator to murder. If law enforcement gains evidence of this then there is no way you can give the child to the living parent because he essentially conspired to have his ex wife killed using his father as the assassin. Any chance for rehabilitation from alcoholism is moot next to being a murderer.

You have an affair then you marry the man you had an affair with. Next, while your ex is self destructing, you take the opportunity to put more pressure on him and go for sole custody. This is the result of those kind of actions.
