Carrying an entire armory at all times
Man, The Build is... something alright. It sure exists.
Not curing withdrawal for a playthrough is the most savage trolling possible for fans of the game.
1:11:12 I love that kind of phone case. I discovered them several years ago and never got another kind. My wife, my kids and my dad likes them too. I'm 53.
I try not to care, but it's driving me insane. I hope Russ gets treatment.
i forget every time until he looks at his conditions and ignores it again lol.
Legal tender refers to paying for things like taxi rides and meals in a restauraunt. Things where you have already recieved the service but not made the payment. They have to accept cash for that, even Northern Irish notes. :0
51:40 Dala cracks up Josh
Old world blues is the one dlc that has enemy respawns. Not sure if it was designed that way. If you kill all the ghost people in dead money, then they are all dead
Lonesome road has set spawns based on certain locations you explore or items you grab. Go into a bus for example and that triggers a death law to spawn behind you and scare you (kill you more than likely)
Honest hearts has respawns at camps and on bridges so you can predict a fight breaking out
Owb is just chaos
I have never played magic. It sounds a little like playing 10th edition 40k. So many potential gotcha moments.
It's a game played by people who are the basis for the "Well, ackshually..." meme. You're not missing anything
It's such a good time, dude. It's very cheap to start, like 50 bucks. As long as you don't become a crack head like the rest of us it doesn't get crazy expensive.
Such a fun and expressive game. The fallout cards specifically are so sick.
It’s munchkin but without the parody
I wonder if it was intentional that Josh built "The Milkman," a sneaky, smooth talking scoundrel obsessed with double entendre who wears the guise of an upstanding citizen while hiding a dark, selfish side underneath.
So in regards to your money rant: I used to work overnight at a gas station and there is a cutoff for buying alcohol. After that time we can not perform a transaction for alcohol. So something people would do is pick up the alcohol, bring it to the counter. As I start to explain, "Its too late" and they would drop money on the counter and walk out. We call the authorities and they file a report, but the police would explained, "they paid for it", they would not be following up on the incident. It was law and company policy so i had to do this, but it was a toothless law.
oh wow he's actually cleaning his inventory and taking advantage of making profit off trash. I assumed this entire experience was going to continue on without this ever occurring.
damn, nottingham gentlemens club plays magic
Can't wait to keep watching these vods! I know I could watch them on twitch, but I know twitch doesn't give any sort of benefit for vod watchtime / clickthrough rates like UA-cam does.
Mornin’! Hope everyone is doing well.
12:50 Hey, who turned out the lights?
1:09:30 I'm already there with all the AI stuff. I don't want my programs talking back at me, understanding what I'm saying. lol
3:11:20 Currently doing a hardcore run. It's not so much harder as it is a bit more tedious. Stimpaks are HOT, you need to pick up food-based items and water, but no need to hoard them. Survival is a must have skill at least a bit of it. Brahmin steaks are my go to for food. At my current Survival skill they eliminate my hunger in one shot and give me a +2 to strength. Biggest issue I have is permadeath on followers and ammo weight. It's led me to some fairly serious save-scumming.
Wondering what the "T" stands for?
Well, because Russ T. Milk is doing the Milkmaxing build (an Emulsion of Skillpoints), He does not really have a SpecialT. So nobody knows.
I had to stop playing Magic because it became an unhealthy addiction. With Magic Arena being so accessible to play anytime, it very quickly slid into an obsession, and I absolutely had to log in every day to get my daily quests done. I haven't played in months but the itch is still there. I dream about it quite often, but I know I'm not strong enough to play in moderation.
I love the concept of Magic but actually playing the game gets completely under my skin. Guess I'm just not lucky enough to enjoy it because nothing ever goes the way I want it to. I very much enjoy drafting but the high stakes gameplay make it hard to just relax and have fun.
Nice. I just finished part 9 and now I got part 10 fresh out of the oven! After this I’ll have to get to the stream live 🧐
MtG to me is not about winning or lossing, it's about milling your opponents best cards and fucking around with graveyard mechanics.
1:01:30 We've already seen what happens when you do not politically align with your bank. I'm not interested in my government having complete control of my money, never mind my bank.
yes you can beat New Vegas on very hard+hard-core with only the bb gun.
just get 100 barter.
normal hold out weapons are a fun challenge, has varied weapons all of which are pretty weak and require little to no skill investment to use effectively.
only grenades would be interesting, theres enough types it might not get too boring as well
I'm 28 and I also have a flip phone case.
As a millennial watching Josh on my flip phone case i feel targeted.
Josh seems to be reluctant to make his experience with New Vegas enjoyable by just unloading his garbage in his inventory and continuing to bitch and moan about having no inventory space.
Does he know he can hotkey weapons?
In the first episode, he said he refuses to use them to annoy chat.
@@kalythai The fact he's constantly at weight limit annoys me much more...
Obsidian did a miracle by finishing this game in 18 months, while Fallout 3 took Bethesda 4 years, yet NV runs way better than 3, especially on modern systems
TO be fair, the game needed extra post-release time of updates to actually get good, and it really was not loved in the beginning as much as it is now. (it released 2010 and had its first surge of popularity in 2013) Obsidian worked quite a bit longer on New Vegas than just those 18 months; Lonesome Road released on september 20, 2011. So that's 11 months more until the game became what everyone loves today: 29 months of total work, which is just as impressive if you consider that they have churned out FOUR DLCs of INCOMPREHENSIBLE CALIBER in the span of just 11 months. that is under 3 months per DLC, and that doesnt even account for the time needed to fix the base game into a playable state.
@@Gidon147 I don't take that into consideration because both Obsidian and Bethesda worked more on both games post launch, fixing them and releasing DLC, so it's the same. I think 3 got more hate than NV, lots of people still hate 3. But yeah, Obsidian killed it in the end, I love 3 because of the map, locations, exploration and overall lore, but i can't name more than 5 memorable characters. While NV has all of the interesting characters, dialogues and good writing, i can name almost everyone in it
Does this guy really always wear shirts and waistcoats or is it just a thing he does for stream😂
I wish magic was easier/cheaper/less intimidating to get into. I’ve always been interested but it’s seems so elaborate and complex that I’m turned off
Get mtg arena on most phones or PC. Free, tracks the math and rules for ya.
Josh got milked magically.
I've never heard Josh sound as ignorant as he does during his "old people" rant. Many factually incorrect statements.
Says that he dropped the ballistic fist when he in fact sold it why is josh so forgetful and dumb :(
Okie dokie
