The DV's ability to win the elections hinges on them securing enough seats to form a government, not necessarily winning the majority vote. There is also plenty of pro-Fascist sentiment even after democratization arrives. If Hocke can unite the conflicting parties on his side of the political spectrum and displace Stein, he has a chance to use that sentiment to his advantage and win. Whether or not he actually succeeds in destroying German democracy is another matter entirely, though.

The Cold War outcomes will be covered in a short form video, but to sum it up either successful Haider or Voigt can win. Both of them come out more powerful than ever in those paths, and Germany's domestic problems become less pronounced. Whether or not they do depends on which paths America takes and other outside events.
