This brightened my day, seeing baby budgies 🥰
Thank you so much! Ive recently had baby budgies but one got her foot stuck in the nest stuff. She unfortunately got very hurt and her mother focuses on taking care of her (its the sweetest thing Ive ever seen). However she doesnt really pay attention to her other chicks. Ive had to learn to feed them and this helped so much!

I also have baby budgies 😍🥰❤️,not only those but a few other baby birds as well. We'll soon buy the feed for emergencies when we have to feed the little ones because the parents don't do that anymore or there is another situation🤔.You never know if a parent will die or if the babies will not be accepted. Thanks for the video and the tips! I will soon build an incubator or buy one so that the little ones are nice and warm and the humidity is right.

Hey! Thanks for making this video😁 I've been wondering where people get the formula for the chicks, and you give such great advice! But I have a question. I have two budgies, and they are about 4 years apart in age. (The male is older) I sort of want them to breed, but after over a year the female keeps chasing him and making him fly away. He doesn't let her come near most of the time and doesn't let her preen him. (Which I think she wants to) I want them to get along, but I don't know what I can do to make the male (who has been a lone budgie for about 4 years before she came) trust her. Any tips? (By the way, they are kept in seperate cages at night)
well, birds who are kept single for over 2 years tend to be agressive to other birds and they just can't get along like usual birds do 🐥 they see human as their specie. I wish you all the best with your birdies, hopefully they get along soon ♡︎ btw. I order hand feeding formula from a website 😅

I hold my budgie very carefully and wrap my hand around it like a blanket but on a distance so i don't strangle it. Is that ok? My budgie likes it and doesen't bite until a few minutes, but it likes it... and it's fine with me touching it's feet, lol

it is not recommended...bird may see you as a predator, it will start biting and running away from your hands after a while...

Where would one acquire budgie formula without breaking the bank? I have a pair of chicks doing VERY well but I would love to partake in their rearing more so they bond to me better. I have raised goats for several years so I do have experience in caring for newborn critters.

How often will newly hatched babies need feeding? We were told our girl was a boy and now we've got babies coming and I need to know what I'm doing. We had to take the babies away because mum wasn't sitting on them at first but now she's trying to with the one she's laid today. Will I be able to put babies back with mum and dad soon after they're big enough to eat by themselves or do they need to stay separate. Also what temperature do the birds need to be at whilst they are babies? I don't want to mess this up... I'm terrified. I'm gonna do everything I can to make sure they thrive.
My baby birds aren’t eating... one of them is injured but the other seems fine, they got ejected from their nest... ones about 3 weeks old. They don’t open their beak like that, I dunno if I’m doing something wrong :( I try to get them to eat as much as I can but they definitely are not eating 5ml
Edit: sadly purple died. But blue is eating! I think they might live, their poop has changed from green/watery to brown so that’s a good sign right? And their crop gets FULL now! Do I wait until crop is empty to feed again or is that just an overnight thing?

Formula isn't really species-specific. It tends to be sold either for large bird or small bird babies.
So the formula she used is fine for baby cockatiels as well.

My mom used to feed a baby Indian ringneck parrot sadly it lost its feathers and died 😢
He really loved us he and when I came home from school he would come flying towards me I really miss him 😢

How do I keep the bird warm when there's no mother?I don't know the correct set up I should make for my 2 weeks baby budgie in order to keep it comfy and warm. And is there any problem if a chick stays alone? Upto how many days do I feed them the baby formula?

I've seen some people using rubber glove and filing it with warm water an placing near budgie, change water in it after it gets cold.. or just placing him in a plastic container and placing warm clothe
