I’ve tried making this cheesecake several times and noticed yours doesn’t collapse when you take it out. I find that I have to leave it in the oven at least 30min to cool before taking it out. Any secrets to prevent it from collapsing straight out of the oven ?

For the chocolate cheesecake you still need to leave a gap at first and second 25 minutes. You can follow your way you fold as-long the cake bake cook and nice.😊

Hi, for non loose mould, you need to use the baking oil spray spray around in the cake mould evenly. When unmould the cheesecake, it will come out nicely.

@@Dyda- its more than likely a custom stamp. if you know anyone that does welding you can see about them doing one out of stainless steel. I made mine out of 430 stainless.
You can get it custom-made the iron metal stamp for cake on Alibaba.com ; just send your logo label and they’ll deliver the brass stamp and holder to you 😁
You can add the same amount or less first, you can add the matcha powder slowly, mix until the colour that you prefer. Maybe different brand of matcha powder colour will have different colour and texture. 😊
Make sure you use butter or a nonstick spray in your pan before adding the batter, otherwise it’ll stick to the pan and won’t come out nicely. Also you can put a plate over the pan and then flip it over slowly so it comes out onto the pan without much trouble
You take a large pan and place it on top gently and rotate upside down to remove it then do it again to flip right-side up. Idk how it comes out so perfect other than whatever awesome baking spray the chef uses.

I unmold the cake while the cake still warm, take out from the oven, wait 1~2 minutes then unmold the cake😊
