For us foreigners who are more likely to appreciate women in this age bracket than our Vietnamese counter part as having all the potential in their lives, Vietnam is like fishing with dynamite. Beards and mustaches to most Asians are usually seen as old men and in fact Asian old men would sometimes keep their facial hairs. That's why many many Asian movies the old men are the ones having long beards and mustaches and the younger people are mostly clean shaven.

I strongly think that we must reform this because our Viet population is going down. If our ladies marry foreigners, then who would marry us Viet men? I really like what Belorussia did. They made it almost IMPOSSIBLE for foreign men to marry their local Belorussian ladies. Vietnam must do the same thing.
