Honestly, despite being a fanmade version of events, this mod really opened my eyes on just how awful Basil’s life really was. Like it’s one thing seeing Basil getting harassed, but it’s another thing when you actually view it through his eyes. I did find the good ending a bit hokey, but after all that depressing stuff through the bad ending, it’s a very very nice palate cleanser
Kel calling Aubrey a scumbag was actually kinda surprising knowing he was usually chill- I find it nice we get to play in Basil's POV, basil giving sunny the photo album gave me chills down my spine knowing what people do before they die. The fight with something was extremely terrifying because it included self harm, but it was also a cool idea that Basil also had a headspace just like sunny.
