    I just wanted to thank you for this wonderful video. I am legally blind and found your directions very easy to follow. I’m enjoying this pattern a lot. A little more difficult for me because no colour contrast but I am persevering and loving it. Thank you all the way from South Africa.

    What a beautiful design! I would definitely make this in an Ombre yarn, and since there are no babies and no future babies, I would make this for either my couch or for my bed. Thank you Mikey!

    I didn't like the half double crochet join at first but kept at it and find that I do indeed like it and it looks a little better (to me) in my projects.

    First time to your channel my mom tought me to crochet when I was 16 years of age. I'm 61 and still crocheting on. I have made srveral blankets and scarfs. My wife Tammy had a idea and I adde a hood to the scarf and have had several request for it. My projects are done as I go. Keep crocheting. John

    Love this pattern! With the crossed stitches, does it matter if you cross them at the front instead of going into the back as you’re doing?? I find it easier crossing at the front

    I love, love, love your projects. The only thing I genuinely wish is that the camera spent longer than a second showing off the finished work, so we can get a real feel for the completed project and how it looks.

    I.loved the pattern. I'm not sure if I can do all of that. It looks complicated. I am sure that I will pick up on it once I get it started.     I use the half double join or the single join on all of my center out blankets. I use self striping yarn. I hate changing colors don’t like weaving in ends.

    Wow, this one was a bit taxing at first - never done that cross stitching before, or back post double crochets, but I think I managed it nicely after a few (dozen) tries! It always sucks noticing halfway through a round that you made a mistake the round before, but at least it was one I was able to hide! 😅

    I am working on this blanket and there is a lot of ends to weave in and you are using an ombre yarn. Is there ombre yarns that work better for striping purposes? I am rethinking all the color changes.

    Holy Crocheting Puppy Dawg’s!! I JUST got my order of Caron Jumbo Ombré in Faded Jeans that I was intending on using for a cardigan. NOT NOW!! I zeroed in on this pattern when it popped up but wasn’t in the mood to do a ‘change the colors’ mood. HOWEVER, when you brought out the Ombré, TA DA!!!!! Thank You, AGAIN, Mikey. When I’m finished my afghan, where would I send the pics to? Insta or FB? Thanks!

    Please film a video on how to do different stitch oatterns in one blanket.
    I am doing a granny square and I want to interchange between 2 colors.
    1 color granny stitch 15 rounds
    1 color any different stitch next 10 rounds, alternating back and forth
    I don't see any videos on how to do this

      Do it whichever way it works for you. If you are constantly doing it the same, no one will know you didn’t match his stitching exactly
