"That was truly adorable.. it makes me really happy that a little kid learns to respect and even like these lovely eightlegged crawlers rather than hate them.
2 weeks ago someone rehomed their Aphonopelma chalcodes to me and she is already such a little sweetheart😭💗 she's so docile that she climbs onto my hand from her enclosure and it melts my heart honestly (her name is barbie!!)
I have went from a major fear of spiders to a passion for tarantulas and I actually just got my very first Mexican red knee t and I am in love! Thank you for being so amazing and helping me overcome my fear and realize my love!
I had the same thing. I had severe arachnophobia, but after watching a bunch of videos, I learned my passion for tarantulas. I have a Pink-Toe and I'm gonna get an Arizona Blonde!
Everyone gives Mircowilderness high praise and it seems well deserved, I hope his business flourishes, we need people selling who as passionate as the people buying. What a great video!!
Chill Specimens! I am Very interested to see if the Toads work!! This is one of those things that is always Said about the species, but there's little proof in the Wild.
Eeeee! My handsome boy! Thank you for including pictures of our T's, Kat! I took Iggy's hide out so I could give it to Noct, the G. pulchra sling I just got. Ignis is NOT pleased. Ripped his enclosure up all over again. XD The two lovely ladies you unboxed are gorgeous though! Such sweethearts! I hope Sunny gets alone with her future pet toad.
Videos like this have been a huge help in lessening my arachnophobia so thankyou....."true" spiders are a bit of a hit and miss but while i could never handle or own one i do think Ts are pretty cool.
Such an amazing gift! I myself have been getting more and more interested in the rarer Aphonopelma species. PIcked up two A johnnycashii slings not too long ago.
My Desert Blonde and Pinktoe arrived delayed from MW the other day. I’m in NY, so I was sure there would be a slim chance of them surviving, but they’re both in good health, thankfully.
2:06 if you don’t recognize the game that sound came from you’re too young to know but those that know, that game(s) was the childhood favorite for me I still play it 😂✊🏼
I finally found you again! I subscribed right away. Love your videos! I live in the woods of new Jersey with my two dogs and watching you gets my mind off things!
So I wound up giving away all of my tarantulas. The breeder I bought most of them from is local, so I gave them to him and his wife, along with all my roaches (feeders and non) and Pham, my gorgeous Scolopendra subspinipes, since I was worried about moving to a place with single digit humidity and not knowing how to care for them there, as well as worrying about my driving skills and their safety during the move. I packed them all up in some rubbermade bins and off we went to his house. We hung out for a bit, they showed me all the new stuff they got since they've started getting into isopods. It was very bittersweet, having social interaction outside of work for the first time this year and giving away all my beloved specimens. They'd been part of my life for so long, but I knew it was for the better. With moving, school, work, volunteering, and self-care, how could I possibly have the time to care for a pet? It was absolutely the right thing to do. So I walked back to my car with a smile on my face, knowing I'd done something good. And as I buckled my new tarantula into the passenger seat I contemplated what to name her. My Aphonopelma chalcodes is now named Fluffernutter (because she's kind of peanutbutter colored and super fluffy) and I call her Fluff for short. We're still getting to know eachother and I'm still nervous when it comes to handling her, which is something I want to do. But, mostly, I'm confused how I went to drop off all of my tarantulas so I wouldn't have to worry about them when I moved and STILL WALKED OUT WITH A NEW TARANTULA!
I've had a tarantula die from that heat thermal pack. Though unfortunate, they understood the mishap and they gave me a replacement Cyriopagopus Albostriatus. Nate is awesome

I’m so happy I came across your channel. I spend every morning watching videos and there are so many I have not seen! Thank you so much for all the info about these guys. I actually want to get a spider. But a little one that’s a good beginner spider :) Any recommended or can you direct me to a video about this topic?? Thanks!!! ❤️❤️ 🕷
Oh man the only tarantula I’ve ever “had” was the one that woke up on my chest while I was asleep in my foxhole back in Texas! Scared the shit out of me but man he was so cool, snuck his way onto my chest when I was asleep and stayed warm. He chilled with me for a quick convoy up and I let him find a new burrow 🤙🏼🤘🏼!
They are both beautiful and so sweet. They looked so gentle. I have always been curious about them but am also a bit arachniphobic too. I also would struggle with feeding....insects give me the heeby jeebys
I hate reptisoil. I used it when I cleaned and rearranged my A. seemaani's enclosure and while keeping the same level of humidity that I previously was, the soil began to grow full sized mushrooms after about 2 days...
Love your vids Kat! My Guyana Pink Toe Tarantula sling just came in yesterday and I am so happy and can't wait to see her grow! I just wanted to know if I could feed it mealworms/lesser mealworms?
There is something about Ts that makes them way less threatening than other spider and spider like creatures. I was on the line with arachnophobia for a long time to the point I couldnt look at pictures even. But tarantulas being larger and having obvious hair makes them more familiar I guess
I got the heebeejeebies when she put that giant spider on her hand. I love watching these vids and the spiders look super cool but I don't think I could ever do that.
I'm very fortunate to live near Nate, so I was able to save on shipping and drive up to his place to pick up my T. Hmm, now I want to go wander over to MicroWilderness for some casual window shopping. 😜🤑😇🕷🕷🕷
Love tarantulas!!! Grew up around a rose hair . she was soo easy to handle. And i was only 5 at the time. However, i am still trying not to run from a common house spider.😄😄😄😄
Hey. I‘ve got a question. Do you have a Black Jungle Stalker? In the case you have one. Are there some videos from it? Unboxing, mate... thanks, love your clips
Personally, I am probably going to start with old worlds, and maybe only keep old worlds, because the reticulating hairs are just, ahhhhhhhhh. Yep, 'ahhhhhhhhh' describes it.
Dope, I love Aphonapelmas but it’s always super hard for me to buy them because of there growth rate but Dustin from simplyspiders just sent me an Aphonapelma belindae and I’m pretty stoked about it, it’s only about 1/2” but it’s just the cutest little thing it looks a lot like a rosea sling. You need to go live again I slept through the last one 😿 keep up the videos the wife and I love watching you!!
@@leecarterreppinjesuschrist7686 oh very cool, thank you. That's what i figured it would mean as far as where the species are from but I don't really know much about spiders so I wanted to make sure.
@@kL-vs6wz no probs glad i could help... funny thing is i dnt know much either and i really doubt il ever keep spiders i jus like watching these vids especially kats as there entertaining and relaxing.
I hope you never edit out setting up enclosures, even though it's always the same I find it so relaxing.

I just started arching this channel and I also find the habitat set ups relaxing
I actually think Suncloud is a cute name for her, it's a name evoking softness and light. She seems like a gentle T so it kinda works.
I agree. ☺️
Your daughter going "I wish i can pet her" its the cutest thing Ive ever listened to
Sharing a burrow with little toads is one of the cutest things I've ever seen. :o) I love those Tarantula Kat enclosures, so stylish.
“I wish I could pet herrr” 🥺 was the cutest thing omg.
"That was truly adorable.. it makes me really happy that a little kid learns to respect and even like these lovely eightlegged crawlers rather than hate them.
"i wish i could pet her" ME TOO 😂🖤 im soo sad aphonopelmas are super rare in Europe, i want one so bad
True. Some Aphonopelmas are extremely rare. A. seemanni are pretty common... Other than that, things can get difficult
2 weeks ago someone rehomed their Aphonopelma chalcodes to me and she is already such a little sweetheart😭💗 she's so docile that she climbs onto my hand from her enclosure and it melts my heart honestly (her name is barbie!!)
I'll probably get one then. Sweet lil baby

What cute and chilled Ts. I would love to get either of them. Yours is pretty large. Beautiful.
“I wish I can pet her” my goshhhh adorable 😭😭
The one you got for your friend is so pretty! Watching your videos is really helping me overcome my arachnophobia 🖤🕷
OH MY GOD LOOK AT HERRRRRRRRR, SHES SO CUTE AND FLUFFY
That's a winner of a heart warming episode. Love it 🥰
I love the placement of the cork in the new enclosure. I think that half-buried looks better than just placing it on top.
Awwww I just love their wee little eyes ☺️. The alphonopelma Anax had an instant bond with you and it just totally made my heart melt.
Aphonopelmas are just the sweetest.
thanks for the video kat, suncloud is gorgeous

They are the most beautiful calm lovely T's I've seen yet. Adorable 💜
Awww happy holidays!!! I’m sure we all wish we had a friend who would give us free tarantulas
Nate's a homie. He's a stand up guy! Come to Cali and go tarantula hunting with us
9:53 THATS WHEN YOU KNOW YOU’VE RAISED THEM RIGHT!! I can’t wait to get my kids into tarantulas 😋😋😋
Most ppl consider being « raised right » having manners and character, not liking spiders
Videos like this have been a huge help in lessening my arachnophobia so thankyou....."true" spiders are a bit of a hit and miss but while i could never handle or own one i do think Ts are pretty cool.
sun cloud omg so cute :') you should name her Lola ( the guy who wrote the frog and toad book was Arnold Lobel) because of the toads!
Such an amazing gift! I myself have been getting more and more interested in the rarer Aphonopelma species. PIcked up two A johnnycashii slings not too long ago.
My tarantula kat merch came today and I couldn’t be happier!! I love it so maaccchhh
I still have arachnophobia but I like watching tarantula videos. It makes me hate spiders less but I still scream when I see them. :D

research and knowing the temperament of the spider
