Good video. I have been using sous vide for about 15 years now and you are very correct on every count. One comment if I may. Please tone down, or better yet eliminate the background "music". It is quite distracting and really unnecessary. You have a good broadcast voice and are skilled in not pausing too long between sentences. All the best, Peter
