I did this practice the morning after flying in an airplane. It really helped rejuvenate my sore, stiffened legs after from sitting 4+hours in air travel.
I could barely walk down the steps this morning after yesterday's workout and now I feel million times better! Thank you so much:) I hope I will find one of your videos for upper body and ab stretches to use after tonight's workout:)

I love doing butterfly wings and twisted roots. I feel that one will help to further release those piriformis muscles that despite my best efforts, are still hanging on to a bit of annoying tightness. Well, at least it isn’t pain and discomfort anymore. My cat and his kitten were watching me from atop my bed. I feel energized enough to do another video. What to pick next?

Thank you SO MUCH for a WONDERFUL practice ( as Always 🙏💖) i used it for muscle cramps in my legs, can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a longer more extended practice dedicated to leg muscle cramps?? PLEASE, I'm not sure if you remember, but I'm using yoga therapy for my healing; cirhossis of the liver...it comes with complications.

I do have an extended practice for legs to help relieve stress and release the muscles of the lower body here: ua-cam.com/video/9i6J5o3AQBQ/v-deo.html Muscle cramps can occur for a number of reasons - exhaustion, tightness from standing/walking a lot, dehydration, lack of trace minerals like magnesium and potassium, and even medication reactions. While a Restorative practice can help relieve some of this and keep healthy blood flow to these areas, it would be best to contact your health care provider regarding continuous muscle cramping in case it is a more serious drug interaction.
