@@epmanualphysicaltherapy Hi Dr I have sent msgs in multiple videos, injured and tore my ACL/Meniscus some years back, I never opted for a surgery… Can it still heal naturally and what can be done to help or speed up the healing process ? Hope you see this comment and reply back
Hey Dr, I wanted to thank u that I heard u and decided to give my injury time to heal without surgery. I have partial tear in ACL, it's been 6 months now, but my pain has got much better in last 30 days, I'm able to resume work and walk without pain, sometimes it hurts but overall things r going great. It's gonna take time to full bend my leg but definitely I will achieve it gradually,❤ InshaAllah ❤❤❤

Hi I tore my ACL 4 months ago and MRI shows that it’s complete tear,i was very upset but I didn’t give up amd start work out after 3 weeks and i joined PT classes finally my knee started getting better in 3 months i was able to run squat and jump I had an appointment almost after 3 months with surgeon he checked my knee and said u r ok no need to surgery i was shocked and even My PT checked and told me u looks ok Now i can bend my knee completely My question is here should i do another MRI or i am good and my ACL reattached? Thanks Azad
@@Azad-k2y according to my knowledge if u leave ACL untreated then it's gonna cause problem after few years. However, do get your MRI done and see if fibers r getting attached or got attached
@@laraibshahzadi3270 thanks for responding if the fiber is not attached then why both PT and orthopedic surgeon told me ur ok no need of surgery I am confused

I injured my knee last January, icing my knee has helped the most in the morning and before bed. Hoping to be able to go back to jogging possibly doing another marathon next year. Your videos have been so helpful. Thank you for sharing your PT practice, positive, caring thoughts… God bless
Hi, what kind of injury it was? I have partial injury, less than half of it's thickness, I felt so much better but nowadays experiencing a great pain again, my knee can't bear weight, im only 51 tho
@@laraibshahzadi3270I’m 62 not sure what I did… age I’m assuming. Was doing a hike a going down hill my dog crossed my path. That’s what happened to my knee. I continued on with the hike should have stopped. Still not 100% but managing the pain with ice every day morning, evening and when ever needed. Also have used Medistik and a knee sock.
Sitting in emergency scard atm think I might of tore it i know I did my knee shifts lil to right side staying off it now I hate surgery scard ill not wake up.
