Relatable man I’ve spent the whole day trying to edit my RA application and hit a wall and now am watching this video loving mikeys passion for what he does
This one made me sad to see you leave Seattle. I’m glad you got to experience our natural beauty. I’m sure you’ll swing your way through again. Best of luck in Texas.
Man, it's so nice to see Mikey auctioning his things and giving money to charity. It really lifted my mood today. Also I hope there will be vlogs from the journey, just like there were when Mikey moved from NY? I can't remember, I have been following him for too long. Anyway, I really loved those.
I am experiencing anxiety for the past weeks. And watching you sir Mikey really helps me. It's like a show that I really want to watch when I was a kid. More blessings to you sir. And keep safe always
Travel tip: Always carry a small case with emergency supplies like a couple pairs of disposable chopsticks, an Asian soup spoon, several Shout wipes, some compressed dry wipes, a couple of ziplock baggies, and a sharp knife. After being caught without while on a business trip, I never leave home without these things. :) Happy travels, Mikey. Stay safe!
Mikey, KUDOS and THANK YOU for all of your support to Seattle area and PNW; we will miss you much! I have discovered more places to eat from you than the 40 years of living here. all THE BEST to you! Cheers! :)
Mikey, as a born and raised Washingtonian in the Puget Sound it was great having you experience at least a bit of what we have to offer. If you ever have a chance to come back please remember you are always welcome with open arms. My best friend who grew up in a military family and has just over 500 days left in the Air Force has also been all over the world agrees with you that this is the place he wants to call home for many of the reasons you state. Just don't tell everyone...lol
As someone who has been in Seattle my whole life, this video is making me a bit emotional. Mike, so happy you got to explore this place and you better come back because there is still so much for you to explore. Till you eat again in Seattle. We'll see you again next time.
All of us in the Pac NW are going to miss you tremendously! It’s been such a joy watching you experience all of the amazing local eats we have here! I so wish it wasn’t during COVID so more of us could have seen you out and about. Safe travels and many more fun eats to you! 🥰
As a native Texan, I can honestly say it will be a joy to welcome you to Texas. I am sorry we have scary heatwaves. I hope you stay hydrated during those times. Because every summer it is about 115*- 130*F. No joke. And it hardly ever snows. Summer lasts until November. Winter is basically December- February. Houston is one of the hottest places because it is a large concrete city that will absorb a lot of heat. Good luck to you and your new journey in life. I'm sorry your bike got stolen. Take care. And safe travels.
imagine thinking your bike is still gonna be there after 1 year xD he left seattle in a full body anti covid suit , he prob should have Locked his bike xD
how can someone not like any of you're videos? this is the best thing to watch when hungry, sad, tired, happy, any mood just gets way better with your videos Mike, congrats!
I know the feeling that Mike talked about. For me, it was my tiny single bed room on campus back when I was in college. So many memorable nights coming in that room passed out drunk and waking up hungover, grinding throughout the night for exams, watching movies on a Saturday night on my laptop with 0 responsibilities on mind, trying to make a decent meal without a stove top, etc.
@Mikey Chen, we're sorry to see you leave. Thank you for donating so much to charity and showing us so many good places to eat. I know that you will enjoy Texas, but predict that you won't love it as much as here. Too bad that Covid happened at all, but the timing was super inconvenient. There is so much that you weren't able to discover. I was born and raised in Seattle and, although I've lived other places, I think that Washington is the best place to live. I lived in Tx for a short time, but couldn't wait to get back here. Looking forward to your next adventure.
Hi Mikey! I don’t know if you’ll notice me or not but I just wanna say thank you. I’ve followed you since OTGW, and your videos calm me down when I get panic attacks. I feel so lost in my life now and I wanted to get some sort of comfort somehow.
I'll miss your videos from Seattle and I wish you could spend more time there but I can't wait to see your videos from your BBQ in Texas. It's also so incredible that you're selling almost everything you have and giving the money to charity; that is incredibly generous Mikey!
Mike I bought your 3 pack hot oil sampler and I gotta say they're all actually really good. My favorite is the black bean sauce, a little sweet salty and spicy. My only issue is if u close the lids on the containers all the way, it's literally impossible to get it back open. I still have not had any more crunchy garlic hot oil because of this lol!
Stay Safe Mikey! (we love you Xing) Not everyone can find variety for daily diversity, but you bring us what we are missing (big bertha will fill many happy stomachs 🥘) food and prosperity to all!!

You had me at halo hotpot, yummilicious! 😋 Seattle will surely missed you Mikey for sure , especially those restaurants you supported during covid! I hope you’ll live in Vancouver for 2 months doing food adventure , and exploring the beautiful British Columbia and seeing/bonding with all of your friends here again. I know you’ve been here in Vancouver a few times already, but would be nice if we bumped unto you somewhere, sometime, hehehe! Have a safe trip to your next destination, Texas!! God bless your heart for donating all your stuff and food to raise some money for Charity. First of all, deep condolences for your stolen bike Mickey. Personally i want to say thank you for your every video, it keeps entertaining me, and also i feel like have a tour/vacation every single time i watched your video. Wishing the best for your new chapter at Texas. Looking forward for your new food video.
Dude, if you want to hike in a secluded area, get a room at the Big Bend National Park Basin Park. It is so secluded, your car radio finds no radio stations... it just scans... Then, hike the South Rim Trail. It is a 11 mile or so hike and gives you a view of Mexico... Super Cool. You might see a cougar or bear... I did.
Mike thank you so much for the inspiration you have been giving me in your enthusiastic food vlogging! You have been making me feel better despite quitting my job because of discrimination and mental breakdown. I always watch your inspiring videos. Thank you so muchhh!

Not gonna lie when he handed big bertha over and said "until we eat again" I got really sad
