The amount of water he added it was for two Noodle Spirals. But her made only one. So there the flavor remained in the water. And the noodles couldn't soak it up.
@Siya no when it's thick the taste is more concentrated and it's spicier. If there's too much water it's more watery and you don't get much of the spicy taste. As for Mikey, I'm sure he loves curry watching all his past videos.

Hi Mike! I loved the video but you didn't eat the maggi correctly, the best way is dry maggi so all of the flavor is in the noodles, put half a cup of water with the noodles for maximum flavor.

I usually wouldn't go for sauce I don't recognize but tried hot chili sauce for the first time and now I'm a believer. I've got my eye on tryng soup dumplings for the first time on my next paydat. Keep making these videos. You are giving us great takeout suggestions during this time where we only eat take-out and also helping to broaden our horizons.

We Indians like punchy and intense flavours. Instant noodles here are to be eaten dry, thats why we keep in wok till all the water evaporates. Also don't worry those noodles dont get soggy even if you cook it for long time.

You're right about the maggi flavor diluted by the water. In India, we dry the entire thing down, so you get much more flavor.
Pakistani instant noodles are basically the same, to much water makes the flavor dissolve away and over cooking it makes the noodles soggy
