I've been watching your videos for some months now, but I've never known why until now. I'm a vegan Belgian gal who doesn't travel much, so it's not like your content is "that useful" to me, but now I know why I watch your videos: to see how happy you are when you find some good food. It's such a good feeling to see someone that happy that it makes myself happy. So thank you so much
Absolutely agree with you on the whole Whataburger issue. It changes from location to location and can even change at a specific location depending on the time you go. Normally though it's either not fresh, not what you ordered, or it takes 20+ minutes to come out to you (and you're lucky if it's that quick no matter if you get curbside, dine-in, or drive-thru). It's really sad because it always has the potential to be really good.
they have a good menu, some locations need to work on consistency. other fast food has the same problem, you never know what you're going to get.

Been eating What A Burger for over 20 years all over Texas and have never had a cold burger or one that wasn't what I ordered. I can't stand hamburger dill pickles and always order pickled jalapeno.
Totally get this. I used to go to a Whataburger just slightly farther away from my closest one, cause the closest one just couldn't get it right, ever. The one I went to, though? 100% awesome every time.
Whataburger sounds like the Dunkin of fast food burger joints, lol.
I went to college near seattle, and I was kicked off, and graduated off campus. Watching you visit pikes place, and even the airport parking garage has me choked up. Wish I had the confidence to go out and eat the food offered up there. But like always, I eat vicariously thru you and your videos. And I am forever grateful

I'm glad you're going to the state fair next. The weekends are the busiest time but that's when they have the most events

Hi Mike! In the same lot as the food court in Plano is an Asian supermarket. There’s a small crepe restaurant inside called Crepes For U.
Not only is it incredibly delicious, but the owner, a man from Thailand named Mr. Paul, is a bit of a local legend. You should check it out next time you’re out there.

I love that fried dough. Dip it in warm soy milk. A morning treat at my in-laws in Thailand. We also do the congee with pork in the morning, but I never thought to dip the fried dough in that. Guess I have something to look forward to.

Oklahoma City has started to have a once a year Night Market festival in our Asian district; you should check it out! I volunteered at the ramen eating contest (10 bowls was the winner) this year and had a bulgogi rice bowl for dinner at a food truck that does Koren Tex-Mex. You can get bulgogi tacos or quesadillas!!

Mike, Please try Densetsu in Plano. Their Ahi tuna tower is my favorite (It was the first non-hospital meal I ate after both of my children were born), but their sushi rolls are huge and delicious. I now live south of Seattle, but it was my go-to place in Plano. Also, First Chinese BBQ on Coit in Plano, get the crispy pork chops for sure (but everything I've ever had there is AMAZING!)

21:00 ask for a fresh cooked burger. A friend of mine worked at another fast food place. He said it was kind of like the gas station burgers. They’d make them in batches, use the meats to order and ever so often would have to make a “fresh” batch. He would ask for stuff fresh when we would go to other locations and franchises. I occasionally do it if I’m not in a rush to eat.... fresh chicken tenders will be to hot to eat like juices and the steam hot
