The more I take care of myself....the worse I get treated by others. I'm at a loss with the disrespect. Its as if looking good is a crime.
i rlly love how this video made me realize that i also do give in to people who sulk because im afraid of losing them...im always afraid of losing people, but those kinds of people arent actually a necessity for my life--at least at the moment of the particular situation that i am in; they can be replaced at the time when im actually ready for those kinds of relationships

I absolutely LOVE how simplistic this video is!!! It honestly shows the importance of setting boundaries & how we literally 'allow' it to be by self limiting beliefs instilled into us by those who lack boundaries themselves. I also love how it subtly teaches grace & compassion when creating the boundary! Thank you soooo very much for this video! Wow.. I can't believe I was stuck in that loop..
Seems like this happens to people who are naturally empathetic. I mean it's a sad past of where I came from and that is how I use to be. Although at this point I'm the end of the rope. Simply making beneficial choices is the hard part (as she portrayed: stop having sex with him 😂).
Hmm.. but it made me think and review my life of what once was.
The only problem really now is to make good choices.

Now I see that I actually handled it right in my former relationship but he just didn't care about my boundaries and loved stepping over them... I always told him in a calm manner that I didn't appreciate his behavior and I asked him to change it, he would say he understood, only to do it again next time. The fault of me is I did not leave sooner.

Is ok for not to want sex for any reason. No is no, but she was being maniplated to have sex when she chose not to have sex. Refusing to have sex is ok. Who wants sex with someone who who is so unpleasant. A good video, but the sex bit was wrong. Maybe the person who made the video is religious who expects sex from his wife at all times.

I don't like it when you said I respect the boundary to let my daughter raise her kids the way she wants, I mean I grew up in a abusive home and that scary to think what could happen if no one intervenes I mean there has to be a compromise right?
Jorge Cepeda if there is something wrong with what she is doing or if she is young and not wise with how to raise them ofc u compromise and help but if she old enough to pay bills I would say u can put ur input in but u must respect what they choose again unless she is doing something that clearly shouldn’t be done to a child

I don't agree with telling anyone it's the wrong decision to not have sex with someone they don't want to have sex with. If it's not fun for her anymore and her only reason to continue is because she doesn't want her husband to cheat? That's awful. She doesn't belong to him, she has a right to say no just because she doesn't feel like it. If he cheats on her, that just proves he's a shit man who doesn't value her as a person.
A word for you: divorce.
