I have all the Ingredients, in the house. and yes I agree with you when you sed, about a lot of tomatoes in the salfish definitely it's yummy, but I have never tried the kora before in the saltfish.i will try it. Hi Aunt Pauline, I always learn something new from you, my son always says he likes my fry dumplings but I'm sure when I make your version I'm sure he's going to love it. I usually put my dough in the microwave for about 30 minutes and it makes the dough rise. Thanks for sharing

One of the process to frying soft dumplings is to kneed the dough soft enough so it sticks to your hand then use the flour to work it when forming the dumplings. I’m been trying different ways of perfecting dumplings and I came to realize this method works best.
I knead my flour the way you knead your. The best way. The right amount of ingredients , I let it sit a while before frying m. Came out soft and delicious. (I don't add sugar or sweet milk).

One of the process to frying soft dumplings is to kneed the dough soft enough so it sticks to your hand then use the flour to work it when forming the dumplings. I’m been trying different ways of perfecting dumplings and I came to realize this method works best.
I knead my flour the way you knead your. The best way. The right amount of ingredients , I let it sit a while before frying m. Came out soft and delicious. (I don't add sugar or sweet milk).
