Did this on 89 and fixed my issue of the blower not working 😌❄️
Have to be very careful doing that i broke a couple but iam pretty sure grote or some other supplier has a tool that spreads those pins with ease.I ran into a yard mechanic some years back who had that tool.
Yes that is why I said in the video you only want to just barely do it.
