WRONG MOST THE TIME IS NOT THE SENSOR I HAD THAT PROBLEM BOUGHT 3 ORIGINALS SENSORS AND THE PROBLEM CONTINUES, I DISCONECTED AND BEEN DRIVING IT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW ONLY ISSUE IS THE BEEPING WHEN YOU ARE NOT MOVING BUT IT GOES AWAY AFTER 3 MILES PER HOUR LIKE NORMAL .ANYWAY THE PROBLEM IS INSIDE THE THE ANTIFREEZE TANK SENSOR , IN THIS CASE YOU HAVE TO EITHER PUT A NEW SENSOR IN THE TANK OR REPLACE IT WITH A NEW TANK.

My dad used to do this all the time... hot pockets burritos you name it. Cans of Chilli are acceptable as well but make sure to put a vent hole for safety lol.

There is a much easier way to measure kingpin to rear axle distance - measure 10 feet from the REAR of the trailer and that is your 40 foot distance (on a typical 53' trailer). The kingpin is always set back 3 feet from the nose of the trailer, so kingpin to rear of trailer distance is 50 feet. Subtract 10 feet from that and voila! you have 40 feet from kingpin to rear axle. That means you don't need an extra long tape measure like the guy in the video had - a standard tape measure is plenty long enough.....

Unkess you have some oddball trailer with a kingpin not in the usuall setback, just measure from the rear if the trailer forward 10 feet to the center if the of the rear tire . 53/3/1040. Figure that out but saves alot of effort. The reason is tail swing. If you're worried about weight, make sure you set your trailer when loading to cali standards.

great video, helped a bit with the basics. Im having an issue that I cant find anything online about, the auto start stop wont turn off! Its 90 degrees outside, I have the panel in the back set to 78, the front is also set to 78, auto is engaged, and the sleeper over ride is on, ive been experimenting with different stuff. But my issue is the bunk fan will run for a while at first. then the bunk fan turns off once it gets cool, but the front fans keep going at a very very low setting and the truck wont turn off. any tips?!

Finally someone a video that help. I was trying to use the steering wheel.

Worked like a charm. Well, Kenworth T680…centerline near the back of the driver side fuel tank. About ten taps, then covered the hole for a second with the hammer (rubber mallet). Sealed back up!

I unplugged the grey switch in my bunk cabinet and it started up. Plug it back in and I haven't seen the issue since but now I'm throwing a CEL a short time after the incident and I'm wondering if it's related

that's all make sense. BUT I as a driver (or owner operator) don't have time for this. In nowadays brokers and shipers pay 1.5-2.5$ per mile for load. We work like bulls (most of the drivers today cheating with log books and work more than 14 hours a day and never stand for 34 hours) because we need to pay huge bills for everytning. It's just impossible to keep all these aggrerates in excellent condition when you are lack of time and money. If they pay 4-5$ per mile then we can do a couple of trips a week, and repair our trucks and trailers all day long. Today we just can't stand and waiting for repairs. Nobody pays for loads and that is a problem.

Does it matter if you have the key in the on position or not?

It worked my truck was about to shutdown because of the sensor on the coolant the engine light did come on but it’s no shutdown appreciate the video 💪🏾💪🏾

I'm in a '24 Cascadia with 57K miles (had it since new) & this friggin' tractor has pulled this never-ending regen BS on me TWICE now - to the point of ALL the dash lights coming on, including the dreaded red STOP ENGINE warning light! Thanks to your awesome video, I've experienced no downtime & I've avoided the suicide-provoking roadside assistance waiting games. Kudos to you, brother - thank you for saving my ⚾️🥎 twice now!
