in question no 8 of module 2 what i did is go to two point form in desmos and put the coordinates after i did was i plotted (d,4) and use the slider to check for which value of d will it lie on the line . i forgot that formula so i did graphically.because of desmos i am able to solve that.after watching your desmos series it made me good at using desmos .i am getting perfect score of 800 continious after watching all your concepts.thanks man i will surely ace sat maths
excellent thanks

great stuff, feels like desmos is great exploit for DSAT 😅
It is super helpful!
The section 2 of the math module is kinda hard ....im finding difficult to understand plenty of the solvings .. I even slept to refress my mind buh still and its like there's toooo much solvings on some questions which literally gwt me confused and will get me lost there..... buh in all you are really a good tutor ...keep it up bro❤
Thanks Dumebi! If your test is in a few days - I suggest you just do your best and try not to stress about it. If you want to take a deeper dive into the content first, you can take notes on my Ottocento vids and SHORTS. Best of luck!
@@Tutorllini I was supposed to write it in this upcoming 9th March buh I was having issues with the math and the English to sometimes and I've registered for May so I'm going to write it May...and speaking of the notes making dw about that i do make notes ...and it's like it's only you that when you teach I understand so I have almost all your videos about the SAT on UA-cam and that's what I use to study..I watch your video to study and do the bluebook text after some days to see my performance....and again thank you for your efforts to help students like me ....I cant wait to show you my results when i write the text
@@Dumebi_me Awesome man! If you want, I can add you to my Discord server for viewers (if you promise not to abuse it). Perhaps the other students have some advice for you. Let me know!
@@Tutorllini yh I will much interested....I used to have the app buh I don't have it anymore i can download it ...I'm interested
@@Dumebi_me Good for 12 hours. Let me know when in:

Something that would help the last question of module 1 could be to write 9x-10(y+4) = 19 and then look at Desmos for the x intercept of the new slope :) But I had nooo clue what to do when I first saw the equation so had to watch your explination,
BTW, I have the new sat in 2 days , what type of questions do you think theyll ask? Do you think theyll do a lot of slope intercept, linear equations etc? If that is the case I would be extremely lucky knowing the Desmos tricks, if not my score will problaby be very bad... and do you think it will resemble the practice tests in difficulty?
Thank you so much! I was soo frustrated haha
2:08:59 i got this same question on my may sat but different values thank u so much
Nice! Glad to hear it helped.
2:13:30 howd you conclude that j is an integer?how do you know?
It says in the question "h,k, and j are integer constants".
2:20:57 Hi! Thank you for your work! I'm curious, what will happens if it's multiplying instead of increasing?
Check this out:
ua-cam.com/video/raoTRsdAc3Y/v-deo.html
we can just use desmos for the discrminant questions ryt?
I am not really sure I understand the question. Almost any algebra topic can have questions written in ways where they can be solved on Desmos OR they can be written where they cannot be solved on Desmos. I suggest memorizing the key concepts and learning to solve all skills by hand AND with Desmos. You can watch my video on the Discriminant here:
ua-cam.com/users/shortsIFRQUaiLuMs?feature=shared
I hope this helps!
what resources other than the 4 practice tests should I study from? , also, will solving the paper sat test be helpful?
Several hundred additional questions in my group's Google Drive!
facebook.com/groups/digitalsatprep/permalink/4249529558504631/
Khan Academy, 1600IO SAT Math Orange books, Kuta worksheets ... all helpful too.
to graph question 16 just use y= in the front of the root
we can easily guess and check question no 19 first remove the option not having 9 as initial no then you can plug in some numbers and check i knew arithematic and geometric function although i used that concept
Nice work! I had the same idea.
Hey mate, how did you come up with your channel name? Are you italian? it sounds quite catchy
I am italian! Tortellini (food) + Tutor = Tutorllini :)
@@Tutorllini nice!
is the t1-84 w/ a program downloaded like the college panda allowed during the real test??
It is - but it wouldn't be that helpful as almost anything you could possibly need to be do can be accomplished with Desmos + a high quality scientific calculator
@@Tutorllini thank u!
Hi! Any do you of know Discord groups or other resources for SAT group work?
My Facebook group has group classes and a Telegram for students. Check it out here:

please how did you get the negative 14/15 cos my calculator and desmos all gave me negative 56/15

Hardest one so far... Hope I am prepared to the test tomorrow knowing all 4 practice tests!
Best of luck, Lucas! You got this!!!
at 53:39 what is that geometric equation you mentioned? when do we use it?
It is the explicit equation for a geometric sequence. If the way I did it does not make sense, just write out the first couple terms and guess and check.
You can learn more about geometric sequences here:
ua-cam.com/video/s2IEyZLrAUQ/v-deo.html

@@Tutorllini Ohh yes i see :) no it made sense i just have never thought it was an actual rule! Thank you so much you've been tremendous help! Do you think if i watch your videos and i take the practice tests i'd benefit?
@@lifeasl5137 No problem! It is not a commonly tested thing ... but exponential functions are! So make sure you know those well.
You will see great benefit from my Desmos Course and Ottocento Course on my channel.
I would only watch the Practice Test, Skills Insight, Linear Test Unique videos .... AFTER you have attempted the problems yourself :)
1:03:54 how do we decide whether h is equal to zero or not?
h tells you the horizontal shift (how much you move left or right)
The question does not say to move the function left or right. So it does not move it all in the horizontal direction => h=0
kindly make another video explaining pros and cons of digital sat. plz explain the pattern of paper as well
Sorry - I have no plans to make videos like this at this time. The focus of my videos will always be math teaching!
Hey I have been watching your videos and they've been really helpful so far. I completed all 4 practice tests and whenever I come back to the questions I got wrong, I am able to solve most of them rightly without an problems. I just do silly mistakes!!!! Got 750 on the 3rd practice test and 730 on the 4th. do you have any advice? It would be really helpful :,)
Peace of mind
Hey Asma! So happy to hear my videos helped you. Glad to hear you are progressing!
Sorry I don't have much advice. Once you push 750 it can be very hard to improve because those last two questions on Module 2A are so random and difficult. Just keep at it!
22 number also i did by desmos what i did was i put the circle equation given in the question then i notted the y coordinates of circle i.e (0,8) then i type in the options what i found that option a graph was shiffted 4 units downn at (0,4).desmos is maths hack😏
Nice work!
2:30:00
In Q)20 I believe it’s much easier to use x^2+y^2+2Gx+2Fy+C=0
Where radius= (G2+F2-c)^1/2
And centre =(-G,-H)
Nvm desmos is much easier than this
@@div1119 even easier is if you program a routine for that equation into a graphing calculator :)
can't i just use desmos and write each equation to see which one fits than doing that much work?
on question 18 harder module
You could but not knowing a and b make it more complex. I suppose you could graph them and see which one got shifted four left. Did it work when you tried it?
If i can solve all these problems, can i get 800 points in math?
Kyle, where in the video do you talk about mod 2 #13 -- timestamp please?
Hi, could you be more specific? There are 2 module 2 x Q13's in every exam...
@@Tutorllini I meant the harder module two for Bluebook Test 4. You mentioned at 2:06:24 that you talked about it earlier or elsewhere and I was just wondering where so I didn't have to watch all two hours? Thank you so much. This is a tricky question for a lot of my students, and I was curious to hear your take on it.
@@HeidiWright-w6l The timestamp you found is perfect so I am not sure what you mean? Did you watch the minute or two after that stamp? I do have a designated video on the Discriminant if that helps:
ua-cam.com/users/shortsIFRQUaiLuMs
does this answer your question?
@@Tutorllini My bad. I thought when you said "I just went over this earlier" that you were referring to the problem, not to the discriminant. Apologies!
@@HeidiWright-w6l You're welcome. Yes this is not a repeat question. There is another discriminant question (Q97A) earlier in the exam at this stamp:
01:38:18
best of luck!
1:03:14 why can’t we just make y=0 at the start to find x? Like 9x-10(0)=19
because it says "translated down 4 units". That would tell you the x-intercept of the original graph - not the translated graph
Hey! In my country you can only have digital satellite so I have a question!! I don't use a calculator because since I started learning math I've always done everything on paper lol so where do I do my calculations if there's no space on the computer?😢😢

How do we get the Panda sat program on ti-84?
You don't need it! When I made this video I forgot about Desmos.
If you are still interested you can go to this website:
thecollegepanda.com/ultimate-sat-math-calculator-program-ti-84/
@@Tutorllini Wow, I didn’t expect you to reply so fast. Thank you!
For module 1 question 22, why did you only do -1.9-4 and not 0.9x-4 as well?
Because they are not like terms. x's combine and numbers combine. You can't combine an x with a number.
Can i know that : in the exam we can use desmos ???
Yes! Desmos is allowed on all Digital SAT Math questions.
can you send the ti84 collegepanda program link? it would be really helpful for my nmsqt tomorrow! i'm subbed!
Here you go!

Sure thing - here you go!

lol at 1:08:02 i did it the college board way before i saw how you did it
but i did the first part in my head i just put y+4 in brackets and distributed the -10
@@toxicdubz3841 Nice! Yes this one question inspired me to make a 1 hour video on that topic:
ua-cam.com/video/yT8Zka8UlJQ/v-deo.html
module 2b 21 is quite confusing
Here is another solution:
ua-cam.com/video/JR75USyTIr8/v-deo.html
In question 02.8 why we choose 289 instead of 290
work: c > 289
question: c > n
so n = 289 (see how they both say c >? they are the same statement).
The question is asking for N not C. You are thinking if the question asked for c AND if it was an integer ... doesn't say anything about c being an integer. If we wanted to we could pick 289.00001 for c (so it has no least possible value).
I hope this helps!
