Aaron is a amazing drummer and he can play that fast. In his Thy Art Is Murder - 'Laceration Penetration' Drum Cover, he plays easy 300 BPM single strokes with ankle technic.

@@bladeonblitz9281 Yes it was, even by just watching it with careful attention and not doing deep analisis, you can clearly see how fake everything is is in co-relation, the movements, the sound of the drums and the video speed edition.

The drums on the album this is from are all programmed but he doesn't program anything he can't do live. A full live set would be impossible to maintain though, so IA has a grand total of 0 live performances. You have to look into their other musical projects for that.

The stuff before it with the old vocalist was all live studio recording. The band are spread out now, with the guitarist and drummer in the UK and the current vocalist in the US so getting together to record as a band is a pain. Once they were forced into using the computer to record together, using it to create some filthy drums was just the next step. Aaron has proven that he has the ability to play the parts but no human could pull off a full live set of IA tracks, they're just too extreme.
Don't let it put you off, their stuff is excellent if you are into deathcore. The most brutal and frankly hilarious stuff out there.

He’s played this at an event on a kids 5 piece and it fell apart 😂, also he did use an electric kit to record a lot on their first albums because he lived in an apartment loll, but recent stuff is all real kits other than triggered kicks

I believe I read somewhere that he only uses programmed drums when he can't play it himself. Like the song Soil The Stillborn, that song is pretty much impossible to play on that drum kit.

It's been pointed out that Aaron has faked some videos. Because of this, I will never trust any video he puts out that isn't live. This is just him mimicking the drums on the album which were programmed. I'm not against programming drums. But, there are parts here that look like the video was sped up. Certain parts where the double bass gets ridiculous appears that he's doing triplets instead of 16th notes, etc. Triggers and programming are fine. But, I have no respect for faking it.

Just because you can't play it, doesn't mean Aaron can't.
