The golden age of tv.
The days of continuity presenters and when people sent in birthday cards!
I was watching that on telly ... so many years ago because I remember that movie
Loved this’s show when i was a kid but it suddenly it finished been looking for it for ages
Probably down to Southern losing its franchise and TVS never carried on with it.
Back then we tried to edit out the continuity breaks and ads between the shows when we recorded them, now we look them up on UA-cam!
Aaahhh those we're the days
" Her Muller has received some very good news on the telephone"... "YA DINNERS DONE" lol
The Return Of The Saint episode trailered here was Dragonseed
The guy driving off in the car at the start of 'Dick Barton' is Timothy Carlton - aka Timothy Carlton 'Father of Benedict' Cumberbatch.
Alas im in my late late forties..... :)
Getting there myself...its scary to think these were shown when I was a kid
Does Mr Harry still make suits?
They went bust back in the late 1990's. They were profitable, but tried an expansion that went wrong. I worked in a gentleman's outfitters back then, they were god quality suits, and reasonably priced.
