I had the XJS Jaguar sonic controlled 'Return of the Saint' car as a kid and it had a gun which acted as the clicker. Great fun. Love all your videos and your passion. Will definitely pop in when I'm in Blackpool.

Yes they knew how to get their money’s worth out of a casting did corgi 😂😂😂 ! One of my favourites was the Blake’s 7 liberator painted a different colour and bundled up with the James Bond moon raker 😂😂😂 great toys though !
I remember my excitement as a spotty kid when I saw in TV Comic the add for the original Volvo P1800 from Corgi, this I believe was the first 'character' car Corgi produced and it cost me 4/6 . I still have my original just and love it
I think it was the first official one, I’m not sure if they tried anything before ? The Volvo was such a great looking car ! Hope you enjoyed the video ! M
I had all three iterations of the Corgi XJS (the 3rd being the RoTS reissue) - it’s probably my all time favourite classic car, and definitely one I’d buy (either in Templar or Gambit trim), if I ever came into enough money to buy and run one!

I'm getting back into diecast, just bought a corgi aviation archive Hurricane model, definitely buying more of that line, and a few movie related 1/24 scale vehicles from Jada toys, I can't help thinking next time I get to visit your store it's going to hurt my wallet in that section of the store lol...
would that have been a husky or corgi juniors ? i have a small return of the saint car, but the Volvo was a pretty car ! thanks for your comments, stay safe ! M
Great vid👍 I had the XJS and to me it was the very best one I had, loved the series and Ogilvy had the chops to be Bond no worries, Anyway along came my parent and announced we were moving house, lots of excitemnt and packing. During the transfer of boxes my box of toys got crushed and the cars were everywhere through the stuff. I never saw the pristine white XJS again, I think one of the moving guys pocketed it as a couple of my cars went into thin air. Ive had a thing about the Corgi XJS since then and now i’m up to about 12 XJS models i.e. Reissue Return of XJS, Supercat, Motul and other colours. I’m yet to find the right original with its box etc but I’ll get there. Apologies for babbling on but I rmember how much I loved the car. ....youve a great display and I will visit one day👍....keep safe Col P.
I agree with you on the choice of Volvo P1800 over the E-type Jag. I love the E Jag, but the Volvo was a nice alternative for the TV show. Just been watching all of the Saints with Roger Moore. Most of my favourite TV series feature a prominent car. The Saint, Randell and Hopkirk, The Professionals, Strange Report etc. That Corgi Volvo you show is a gem. Nice video
