Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 cups - Brown sugar
1 cup - Water
1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
3 tbsp - Cornstarch
2 tbsp - Tamarind powder
1 tsp - Ginger juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
