I really appreciate the information, my father had them and his ruptured and he almost bled to death. I am pretty sure I have them as well. I have lost around 60lbs in the last year and am planning to lose another 100lbs to get down to 160, I work from home and sit most of the day, listening to this I have decided to get one of those peddle pushers for under your desk like a bicycle to keep my legs moving and plan to get up every 30 minutes and move. I am really hoping I can stop these in their tracks! Thank you again!

Ugh, my mom and grandma both had this so I feel my chances are high of getting them.

The varicose veins that I have is only one in my left leg. And they bulge out and are sometimes very painful. The pain starts at my foot and goes all the way up to my groin. And last 10 or mins. I do were compression socks.

Is it possible for the varicose to disappear by itself? I think I have it but some other time, it does not visible. and does some food affecting it or can prevent it?

Sorry to break it to you, but no, varicose veins don't and won't disappear. Once you have them they stay and eventually get worse as you age.
I had surgery in my early 30s to get rid of unsightly veins that were also painful on both legs. Then when I had a baby at age 35 and more varicose veins developed after that and throughout the years prior to my menopause. I'm 62 now and have given up wearing shorts, skirts, and dresses a long time ago.
