Wonderful!! Good to know aeroponics/hydroponics is catching on in Zambia. I have been researching this method of farming but most info that came up was either in Asia or the USA. I love what you guys are doing at Hakuna Matata farm. 2 quick suggestions: have you considered adding fish to your system; they could provide all the nutrients you need for your lettuce? That would be a huge saving I imagine. 2nd thing: have you considered using shade net as opposed to plastic for your tunnels? I think this might be better suited to your climate there in Zambia...
