Great farming method. I have just been researching hydroponics. I am now more inspired to get started in my backyard! From my research apparently, this method of farming has been around circa 2005 or earlier. It's becoming quite common in some areas of Asia and widely adopted in the USA especially by backyard gardening enthusiasts.

This is really impressive, innovative and sustainable farming at its best. However, I would like to understand the cost of the equipment or the companies that sell these and do some research. We need more of this to supply the region and continent considering the limited food resources. And an increased supply can reduce cost to consumers. I am curious to see how other vegetable groups do, for me it's about producing organic products

I bought some of your lettuce with roots and didn't realise I could keep it longer in water (before I watched this video). I promptly chopped off the base and washed the leaves before refrigeration. You can guess how that story ended. Is there some way you can get the retailer to give us end users this information?
